The location is the best. We had problems with internet. Owner came and fixed the problem. Having a washing machine was very important for us. The bed and pillows were not very confortable. The service was very good, except transfer.

Warm ,comfortable apartment. Very helpful and friendly landlord and staff.High level of security. Slightly overheated apartment(minor). Bathroom could be improved by removal of over large tub in a very small room and replace with a modern shower recess.

Спасибо огромное хозяину квартиры за отзывчивость и понимание, так как мы опаздывали ко времени заселения из-за того, что возникли проблемы с нашим рейсом, но нам объяснили, как заселиться самостоятельно. Патефон и пластинки для прослушивания музыки очень порадовали и конечно-же
местоположение квартиры!Общее впечатление очень хорошее и о владельце(Валерий) и о квартире! Небольшие недочеты:иногда проподал интернет.

Месторасположение. Два шага и ты на Крещатике. Вид из окна на Майдан. Удобная парковка во дворе. Не работал заявленный вай-фвй.Третье место коротковато, как для взрослой дочери. На картинке действительно выглядит лучше чем в реальности, но претензий как таковых -нет . Просто нет. Все убирает МЕСТОРАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ Owner official answer
По вопросам подключения интернета обращайтесь к хозяину квартиры, телефон есть в заказе..Диван коротковат, если его не раскладывать, в разложенном состоянии он полноразмерный.

The aparment was as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owner was very helpful with our questions over the phone. The apartment was very difficult to find. A row of buildings share this same address and it was not obvious that the entrance was through an open-air security gate behind one of the buildings.
The apartment gets a lot of noise from the street below and from the national music academy across the way.

The location is great and appartment is convinient. There are plenty of steps, so not recommended for persons problems to climb them. Because of location there is noises during nights, so not recommended for light sleepers or take your ear plugs with you.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, месторасположение - лучше не придумаешь, одна минута - и на Крещатике, это очень приятно, когда хочется посмотреть многое за пять дней с ребенком, но при этом есть рабочие моменты, встречи ) Квартира удобная, в кухне есть все необходимое, вообще осталось ощущение, что о тебе позаботились и при этом ты сам себе хозяин. Еще порадовало, что за квартирой закреплено место на стоянке, есть консъерж. С удовольствием остановимся еще здесь, когда приедем!

Все отлично, замечательная квартира в самом центре. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь еще раз, когда буду следующий раз в Киеве. Рекомендую! Очень высокие потолки, пока поднимешься на 3-й этаж, складывается ощущение что ты уже на 9-м :)

Тихий дворик, хотя центр города практически за стеной. Хозяева очень приветливые и без стремления строгого контроля. Хорошее состояние мебели и всего остального. Проигрыватель! почему бы не послушать старые пластинки с почти забытой музыкой))

Из плюсов этой квартиры можно отнести лиш то что она находится в самом центре, по близости есть супермаркет, кафе, рестораны, метро! Квартира в ужасном состоянии, ремон был очень давно. Джакузи не работает, телевидинья нет кроме одного канала, остальные практически не показывает. Воды горячей нет! Не слушайте, что бойлера вам хватит!!!! Хотела набрать ванную не набралось и четверть как пошла холодная! Болер нагревает наверное ночь воду! Вобщем либо заколяйтесь либо ходите грязными! Шторы висят на проволочке а не на к Owner official answer
Если возникают вопросы по пользованию телевизором или джакузи, перезвоните хозяину и он все объяснит, либо при заселении горничная может показать, как все работает.

расположение квартиры очен удачное, буквально 2 минуты пешком до Крещатика. неприятный запах, полотенца сушатся в ванной и запах сырости от них распространяется на всю квартиру. Совет - купите электрическую сушилку.

квартира находиться в 5 минутах от ресторанов ,магазинов. ОЧЕНЬ шумные соседи сверху!!!!Начали петь в 6 вечера и орали,стучали ,у них постоянно падало на их пол(мой потолок) что-то очень тяжелое-до 11 ночи!!!!!

Месторасположение квартиры- просто отлично. Тихая уютная улочка в двух минутах от Крещатника. Мы останавливались в троем. Несмотря на то , что спальных мест на 4-5 чел., большей компании будет тесно. В квартире есть проигрыватель пластинок. Для ребенка- подростка небывалая экзотика. Слушали.

В квартире понравилось местоположение, телевизор и вайфай.
не понравилось : протекала ванна, горячая вода быстро заканчивалась и ждать когда нагреется в следующий раз нужно по нескольку часов, оборвался карниз и старое застираное белье..Окунулись в атмосверу совдепии:)

Безусловно главное достоинство данной квартиры - ее месторасположение. Пара минут ходьбы до ул.Крещатик, рядом продуктовый супермаркет, рынок, различные магазины, недорогие кафе, где можно перекусить, если нет времени или желания это делать в квартире, хотя там есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, если кто-то не доверяет общепиту. Относительная близость станций метро "Театральная" и "Крещатик" - также безусловно можно отнести к "плюсам" расположения квартиры. Негатив: сразу обращает на себя внимание температурный режим. Конечно жара лучше, чем холод, но когда в ванную заходишь босиком и ноги практически жжет от "теплого" пола, то это не доставляет удовольствия. В комнате также было слишком тепло, приходилось даже приоткрывать окно, но, повторюсь, пар костей не ломит и выход есть =) Обслуживающему персоналу пожелал бы иногда при уборке квартиры заглядывать под диван-кровать и кресло, поскольку если их начинать раскладывать, то приходится попутно заниматься все той же уборкой. Дизайн интерьера напомнил мне гауптвахту, но в более светлых тонах =))) Owner official answer

Отличное месторасположение, уютная квартира, есть все нужное для жизни. В квартире очень тепло, тихий дворик. Особо порадовал пол с подогревом в ванной и wifi. Все очень понравилось!

There is a gramophon in the apartment. You can listen music from vinyl LPs. The appartment was very good but the corridor in the house was awful. It needs to be repaired and painted.

Проживали со 2 по 4 декабря 2012г. с двумя маленькими детьми.Квартира приятно удивила хорошим ремонтом, чистотой,удобным месторасположением(нашли сразу же). Хозяин очень вежлив и приятен в общении. Кстати, были потом (за ту же цену) в квартире в Москве,так это не то что земля и небо,это рай и ад. Спасибо за комфорт и приятное времяпрепровождение на Украине. С удовольствием воспользуемся Вашими услугами при новых посещениях Киева )

Очень понравилось месторасположение, удобства в квартире, есть все, что необходимо для пребывания, цена - качество. Единственный момент, который не понравился - это, по-моему мнению, неорганизованность заезда и выезда, то есть приходилось самим звонить хозяину квартиры в день въезда, в день выезда, уточнять детали, то есть, никто не беспокоился, приехали мы вообще по месту назначениия, выезжаем ли мы в указанное время или нет.
Еще не понравилось наличие пыли в ящиках прикроватных тумб и комода, пришлось самим вытирать пыль, благо, тряпки, губки, разные средства в квартире имелись.
В общем, особых претензий к квартире нет!

Квартира очень удобно расположена, совсем близко от Крещатика, рядом магазин и кафе. Ванна большая и с окном на улицу, что мне особенно нравится. Джакузи, увы, не работает. В квартире стоит бойлер, и горячей воды с большой натяжкой хватает на трех человек. Квартира заявлена на пятерых, однако нормальных одеял всего два, столько же пледов, пятому просто нечем накрываться( Вообще места, прямо скажем, маловато. Здесь уютно будут себя чувствовать не более двух-трех человек. И синий диван в разложенном положении очень неудобный, спина болела. Owner official answer
Если не получается включить джакузи, перезванивайте хозяину квартиры, он подскажет.

мне в этой квартире всегда уютно. да, надолго не остановишься, мало пространства, но для 2-3х дневных поездок отличный вариант. для одного человека, разумеется. квартира так интенсивно сдается, что у персонала не хватает времени следить за состоянием канализации... давно забиты и требуют элементарного ухода.
то же пожелание к уборке под диванами, креслами, под шкафами, холодильником, плитой, джакузи.
я слишком придирчив к подобным мелочам, но не хочется, уронив что-то на пол, и случайно посмотрев под кровать, обнаружить там см пыли и крышки от бутылок прошлых постояльцев)))

В доме нет лифта, так что тяжелые чемоданы тащить вверх было очень затруднительно. Я считаю, что этаж и отсутсвие лифта должны быть указаны в описании квартиры.

Шикарное расположение в двух шагах от Крещатика - главное достоинство. Горячая вода в кранах обеспечивается бойлером на 120л в самой квартире; этого колдичества не всегда хватает, - пару раз выскакивал из душа :) Но это мелочь, конечно.

Cet appartement est situé en plein coeur de Kiev, à côté de la célèbre avenue Khreshchiatik dans un quartier calme mais très vivant, le marché typique de Bessarabska est à deux minutes ainsi qu'une cafétariat populaire Ukrainienne à prix compétitifs, le musée d'art contemporain, deux supermarchés, de nombreux bars et différents métros.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, chaleur du chauffage collectif et eau chaude pour prendre un petit jacuzzi, quand il fait -14° dehors c'est un vrai délice!
La connexion internet marche sans aucun problème. Et Valerii, qui nous a accueilli est resté aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour, joignable par téléphone et mail, il nous a renseigné sur la ville et commandé un taxi pour l'aéroport lors de notre départ. S'il faut chipoter, le lit grince un peu et on peut sentir quelques ressorts, oui ce n'est pas le lit du Hilton mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir sur ses deux oreilles!
Ne pas prendre peur par la couleur un peu jaune de l'eau du bain, cela n'est pas de la saleté!

The location is VERY good. Near the Independence Square, and Teatralna metro ststion, in a quiet street , near lot off restaurants. The apartment is a bit untidy. The corners are a little dirty. In the bathroom around the bathtub and washing machine there was scaling and a little dirty.
We saw two cockroaches ( big black bug!) in our 4 days staying in the middle of living room :(

The apartment is very spacious and near the city center that allows you to walk to any store and many interesting places in Kiev. The apartment is well equiped with plates and silver, some cooking utensils were not present, but it was not difficult to get by with the provided cutlery and utensils. For being near the center of the city it was very quiet. In all it is a good value and a great option if you are looking at staying in Kiev. The bathroom was not exactly as expected but was not terrible, some lights were out or did not work, entry to the apartment was a little more complicated than I expected, but again was not terrible, a key and a code. The stove top is a bit small for the apartment, I could not imagine trying to feed more than three people with two burners.

A very good apartment and great value for the money. The location of the apartment is perfect and it's close to metro stations, restaurants and grocery stores. The planning in the apartment is excellent with the two bedrooms located far from each other and both have doors you can close. In others words it's easy to sleep undisturbed and it's a good choice for two friends who wants to live in the center. This apartment is warm and comfortable and well equipped with a big bathtub, washing machine and a balcony. Very satisfied.

This is the third time I have stayed in this apartment and it is quite satisfactory.
The location is the best feature. It is with in 5 minutes walking distance of most any place you want to go in Central Kiev.

Good value for 5 adults to stay in central Kiev. The apartment was extremely dusty and unclean. The pullout bed in the living room was only suitable for one person although the apartment details state up to 6 can stay.
The towels smelt musty. The bathroom was outdated with a jacuzzi option which pumped dirty, stale water into the bath. The kitchen facilities were small for the size of the apartment. All the crockery was grimey and needed washing before use. Basically the place needed a thorough clean!

Excellent apartment - great location which is a few minutes away from everywhere in central Kiev (maidan, khreshatick, teatralna, basiena all no more than 5 mins away), quiet, secure (even has a small safe), comfortable and fast internet.
My contact for the apartment - Valerii - was great too - responded quickly to emails and was very helpful. I was already in Ukraine so just went straight to the apartment, but Valerii still stopped by later in the afternoon to check all was okay.

The only thing that we liked was location. - Lighting is completely missing when entering the apartment at night.
- Apartment has a heavy unpleasant odor
- Beds need to be changed, very old
- Furniture is old and couch had stains
Overall very unpleasant to be there
Staff is very unfriendly and unaccomodating

I enjoyed the location as it is close to the main shopping Centres and it's great for access to everything. Also I liked that it's on the ground floor, so, it's easy with heavy luggage. One of double beds is a mattress on the floor and is hard to sleep on and so I slept on the bed in the other room which was much more comfortable to sleep on. Owner official answer

The location was the best thing about the apartment.
Value for the price was OK.
Kitchen needed a few more things like more and bigger glasses and there were not enough eating and cooking utensils. Needed a few more towels.
I know that most people smoke in the apartments but this apartment had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in it. Needed to air out and have some type of deodorizing service done on it to eliminate some of the smoke smell.

The location was very good, the cost was really reasonable. The security was done well. The towels were plentyful. The apartment was fairly clean. The fact two keys were supplied was good. The bigest problem is the mattress on the beds They are in poor shape and really need to be replaced. Also more blankets would be nice.

Хорошее месторасположение, есть все необходимое для проживания. Достаточно быстрый wi-fi. Слишком затянутое время заселения. Формулировка "после 13-00" обозначала окончательное заселение (уборка, расчет и передача ключей) в 14-30, при выселении предыдущих арендаторов "не позже 12-00".
Считаю, что 2,5 часа на приведение квартиры в порядок - много.
Справедливости ради, это единственный негативный момент, в остальном все нормально.

Квартира очень удобно расположена, близко от метро и в непосредственной близости от центра, все в шаговой доступности. Небольшая, но уютная, есть все необходимое.Очень чисто.Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Единственный недостаток, на мой взгляд, отличная слышимость, но это проблема стен в доме, а не квартиры :)

very good city center position, not luxury but the best price for 2 bedrooms apartment with Jacuzzi in bathroom. Need to check the grounding system. Probably all the electric planting of the apartment is not connected to a ground system because i got low discharge(mini shock) when i touched something metallic in the bathroom. В целом очень хорошая квартира. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды. Имеется боллер, но на четверых этого очень мало, приходилось планировать помывочные часы :-)

Very good location at short distance from everything: plenty of restaurants and bars, clubs, city centre, shopping centres.
Nice, quiet and spacious apartment with quite good furnishings. Nice land-lady. Free internet connection and telephone for local calls.
There is no lift in the building, if you have to bring heavy luggage up the stairs, it can be unconfortable. Building entrance and common parts are very badly kept. The old jacuzzi in the bathroom might be beautiful, but not comfortable for simle showers. The apartment can be somewhat cold in winter, because of a centralized heating system. Owner official answer

Удобство расположения, наличие дополнительных обогревателей, быстрый интернет. Девушка пришла не поселить, а за деньгами, ее лучше уволить, иначе бизнес будет работать плохо. На вопрос где лучше поставить автомобиль, заявила, что это не ее проблема,в остальном все на 4 балла.

Месторасположение отличнейшее, до всяких достопримечательностей рукой подать или очень удобно добираться. Наличие интернета, горячая вода, фен, микроволновка.
Отдельно хотелось бы отметить отзывчивость владельца, который позволил проживание с котом, что было очень важным критереем.
Весьма скромный ремонт, не самая удобная кровать (а под ней упаковки от презервативов в куче пыли). Более существенных недостатков квартира не имеет.

Perfect location, you can easly reach anything by foot without need to take a taxi. We stayed 5 days and the owner told us they will come to change towels and clean
at the third day but no one came to change towels or clean the apartment. Owner official answer

Good apartment for groups looking for cheap prices and not too demanding, in terms of comfort. Mattresses are very uncomfortable.
Bath tub with jacuzzi is not working. The tub is not comfortable to be used as such.
No maid service, despite three days interval announcement.
The TV set is not the one advertised. Owner official answer
We cange matrasses and jacusi and put new HD TV.

месторасположение, чистота, наявность бойлера и минимально необходимых средств для проживания ( чай, сахар, посуда, чайник, мыло) не понравилось то, что в соседних подъездах очень громкий домофон и в квартире его хорошо слышно. ночью это мешает спать, особенно неприятно когда в рабочий день утром начинают сходиться люди в офисы.

Просто супер месторасположение относительно всех достопримечательностей, тихая, чистая, метро оооочень близко. Вся необходимая техника( фен, микроволновка, стиралка, чайник) имеется))

Хорошее соотношение качества и цены, удобное месторасположение, метро 5 минут пешком, исторический район, в квартире есть все необходимое, ночью тихо и спокойно, внутренний дворик. Вобщем то, что надо, чтобы прийти вечером с прогулки и завалиться спать. Спасибо. Да, отличный контакт при заселении, проблем нет. Хозяин всегда отвечает на e-mail очень быстро и на телефонные звонки тоже. Еще раз спасибо большое. Полотенца старенькие совсем и застиранные.

Расположение в самом центре города, в пределах пешей прогулки от большинства исторических достопримечательностей. Очень тихая и уютная квартира, находящаяся во дворе возле отеля " Redisson Blu". Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Квартира чистая и аккуратная. Удобно располагаться семьей или небольшой компанией. Метро в 5-ти минутах ходьбы, в этом районе безопасно ходить по улице в любое время суток. Рекомендуем. Спасибо!

Чистая квартира недалеко от центра, ближайшая остановка метро в 5 минутах. Рядом много ресторанчиков и кафе, гастроном в 5-7 минутах хосьбы. Квартира неплохая, очень чистая но не светлая. В пасмурные дни приходилось днем включать свет (что мне лично, как-то было не очень комфортно). В солнечные дни утренние лучи попадают прямо в квартиру, что очень приятно.
- ближайшая остановка метро в 5 минутах - могло быть и ближе :-);
- посуды для приготовления еды маловато - только одна сковорода со сломанной ручкой, которая кстати была не очень хорошо промыта, и одна кастрюля. Может было еще что-то, я особенно не смотрела;
- диван не очень удобен, т.к. не имеет боков и невозможно прилечь без дополнительной подушки, но жить можно;
В общем-то все это действительно было не так важно - кроме нечистой сковородки, которую я так и не использовала, так как не хотелось мыть ее, и необходимости все время включать электричество, но это мелочи. Так квартира неплохая.

Location is great which is next to Radisson Hotel, 3 bakery's across the street offer a wide variety for breakfast and snacks, and the corner grocery is convenient for daily items. The furniture is satisfactory, the apt is renovated and stocked with all appliances that are required for daily living. Internet works great and living room is very comfortable when relaxing and watching TV. Place is quiet and safe . Also no smells from cigarettes or other odors. the safe box, made it secure to leave valuables when out in the town.it is good for the price you pay for. i will order this apartment next time i come to Kiev .

hi i stayed here for 8 nights while in kiev was really close to everything especially the metro and inderpendence square
i liked it because no need to haggle with overpriced kiev taxis just faster to hop on the metro

That was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great. The apartment is equiped in everything you need (linen, hair dryer, iron, mikrowave etc.), it is clean and nice. It has view on a backyard, so you can't hear the noise from the street. There are bakeries/cafes and restaurants few steps away.

Всё очень понравилось. Достопримечательности,магазины,кафе рядом. Тихий двор. Путешествовали на авто. А поскольку квартира в центре, то припарковать машину поблизости проблематично. Во двор, как оказалось, ставить нельзя. Вышли из положения тем, что переставили машину поближе к воротам вечером.

Очень удобное расположение в центре города, и в то же время тихий затененный дворик, в котором можно припарковать автомобиль. Нет проблем с питанием, т.к. поблизости есть и кофе-хауз, и пирожковая, где по рабочим дням есть горячие блюда, и магазинчики всякого рода тоже недалеко.
Квартира чистая, белье чистое и новое, махровые полотенца разного размера в достаточном количестве. Мебели достаточно для проживания и нет ничего лишнего. Удобная двухспальная кровать, и очень удачно, что диван-кровать, когда раздвигается, превращается в большое удобное двухспальное лежбище. Есть выход в интернет.
В подъезде только 2 квартиры, и это делает отдых особенно комфортным, т.к. никто не нарушает тишину. Если кто едет с семьей и хочет готовить еду самостоятельно, то с этим будут небольшие затруднения в силу нехватки кухонной утвари: только одна маленькая кастрюлька и одна маленькая сковородка (т.е. можно сварить или пожарить яйца). Другой посуды достаточно. С кофеваркой были какие-то непонятки, поэтому проще было сварить кофе в кастрюльке.
Один единственный столик очень мал, трудно разместиться, особенно если надо сделать какие-то записи, разложить бумаги, карты и т.п. Для чашечки чая (кофе) за таким занятием уже не будет места.
Хорошо бы в ванной комнате закрепить еще несколько крючков для белья, а в душевой сделать подставку под мыльницу. Ее отсутствие, наверное, более гииенично, но несколько неудобно. Owner official answer

Also love the safe box, made it secure to leave valuables when out in the town. Would have been nice if there where at least 2 windows with screens. When I opened the windows mosquitos would be annoying at night time. The buildings hallway is nothing spectacular and very plain and old. Would be nice if the entrance hallway was painted better and perhaps tiled but this is not the owners responsibility.

Окна квартиры выходят во внутренний двор. Тихо и нет прямых солнечных лучей нагревающих квартиру. Замечательно,что в квартире есть кондиционер. Есть все предметы первой необходимости, такие как посуда, фен, утюг и гладильная доска и т.д. Очень хорошее расположение квартиры относительно большинства достопримечательностей и станций метро. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ziemlich zentral.
Die Wohnung ist sehr Gemütlich eingerichtet.
Es gibt alles in der Wohnung was man Sonst braucht, Handtücher, Haartrockner, Vollausgestattete Küche, Fernseher, Safe... Die Handtücher waren sehr rauh und hatten nen beißenden geruch, als ob die ohne Waschmittel gewaschen wurden, oder garnicht gewaschen wurden.
Der Fußboden war nicht besonders gründlich gereinigt worden.

Очень удобно продумана процедура заезда и выезда - никаких проблем - быстро и удобно. В квартире есть все необходимое. Расположение очень удобное касательно метро и центра города. Окна выходят на бульвар Шевченко от этого шумно, и очень грязные окна. Но в целом терпимо.

Все очень понравилось.Замечательное отношение владельца квартиры.Очень удачное местоположение квартиры. Хороший вид из окна.Удобно парковаться машина видна) и метро рядом и до Крещатика очень близко.Все очень понравилось.Спасибо. В квартире один только минус тараканы(а так все понравилось.

Понравилось состояние квартиры, местоположение. Не понравилось отношение персонала, хозяин квартиры наоборот был очень доброжелателен. В подъезде ночью не горит свет.

Замечательное отношение владельца квартиры. Местоположение, если учесть рельеф киева супер!!! Мы приезжали на концерт, так у нас вокзал кв и кристаллхолл все были на одной ветки метро в двух остановках от квартиры. Мы часто снимаем кв. и меня всегда интерессует вопрос, но не уже ли нельзя проводить хотя бы раз в квартал генеральную уборку, снять всю паутину, вымать все углы, отчистить вентиляционную трубу посуду которой не так много начистить до блеска а холодильник нужно мыть перед каждым заселением. Этот отзыв для всех арендаторов!!!

The location The peson who met me with the keys spoke next to no english, did not give me code for the apartment, did not offer to help with the bags up 4 flights of steps.Tere were numerious pnone calls and people called round for someone? The bathroom doorframe was hanging off
And the towel holder is broke and will have somebodys eye out.
I had a great apartment through you in poltava, but you felt severly
Let down in kiev.

Горячей воды не было! Как можно говорить о комфорте, моясь холодной водой! утром следующего дня вода так и не появилась! ( Owner official answer
Для таких случаев (временное отключение горячей воды) в туалете установлен бойлер, необходимо связаться с хозяином квартиры и бойлер будет подключен.

Excelent apartment, for a great price i will be back next year.
Only thibg is payment i was not informed to pay cash on arrival.
Next time if possible via credit card. The towels were clean but dif not smell nice.
Next time use soap for cleaning.
Put some coffee in apartment and leave some water.

В квартире есть все, что нужно. Нашла даже чьи-то карты города, которыми успешно пользовалась во время прогулок по Киеву. Расположение наиотличнейшее, все рядом: продуктовые магазины, сувениры, кафе, рестораны, караоке, клубы, транспорт. Каждый день ходили кушать в "Пузата Хата" на Крещатике, не очень далеко от квартиры, а главное вкусно и цена радует, да и после еды прогуляться очень даже полезно. Из любой другой точки города, что на такси, что на общественном транспорте доехать очень легко. - пару раз видели тараканов Owner official answer

This was a great apartment right in the perfect part of town. All of appliances worked perfectly. The manager knew English good enough that we could communicate. Free Internet and telephone was a big plus. Very nice exterior, (rare in Kiev). Manager spent extra time cleaning apartment when checked in! Nothing I can think of - a great deal! Next time I am in Kiev, I will attempt to book again!

The location was superb, as it was only a few minutes walk from the UEFA fan zone for the Euro football championships (kreshatyk). Valeri (who greeted us at the apartment) was very friendly and helpful - we were impressed by the fact that tea, coffee, toothbrushes and toilet rolls were provided for us. The free wi-fi was also very useful. I thought the apartment was overpriced, taking into account the size and facilities, which were ok, but certainly not what you would call 'executive'. I realise the European football championships were taking place, but even so, I felt it was overpriced. We only felt we could afford the price as we could split it between the 3 people in our group. Very nice staff, waited for us even after our flight was canceled. The apartment is def more well spent seeing as Kiev (even if a part of Ukraine) is an expensive city to live in! And when we noticed the the hairdryer was broken the owner came the same day with a new one. It could be a bit more clean. We did see a cockroach or two running around but you won't find a place in Eastern Europe that won't have those kind of problems and if you don't leave any food out they are really harmless. So unless you live in a 5 star hotel you will need to have an understanding.

Very convenient for visits and business in the center of town. Subway stations very closeby. Many cafés, bars and restaurants in the area. Night life in a walking distance. Easy to find. Apartment is fine. The entrance to building is quite destroyed, mainly the staircase outside. And make sure you get the door codes in time (building door and apartment door)

Квартира в целом неплохая. Очень комфортабельная, уютная и ничего лишнего. Полный набор посуды и возможность приготовления нормальной пищи. Расположение удобное, рядом магазин, до метро 5 минут.

Доверие сдающей стороны к съемщику. Ненавязчивость сервиса. Ванная и кровать. Довольно высокий шумовой фон - оборотная сторона расположения в центре, вдоль центральной улицы (поэтому и поставил за комфорт - "удовлетворительно"; а за расположение - "хорошо" (вместо "отлично")).

Nice apartment, great location, everything worked and was clean.
If I go back to Kiev, like I hope, I would like to go back to the same apartment. The iron and especially the ironing board (or the cover of the board) was not the best as it left some print on my trousers.

Jacuzzi is very good.
Definitely not the best service around the world!
They forgot to ask if I pay with credit card or cash.
They forgot to give a code from entrance door of the building. I was back at 2am and found the door closed.
They haven't said sorry. Owner official answer
Please contact the owner of apartment if you have any trouble.

Alt var bra med leiliegheten,men vi merker noen insekter på kjøkenet og badet. Dette skulle dezinficeres med noen insekticid. Ellers det var bra. Inggangen pa gangen og trapene ma renoveres.

The price is cheap but the quality was still very good. Good location and very cosy apartment. I wasn't sure how I will get the keys, because the information about it wasn't clear at some point. But we managed to find it out and there was lady waiting for us at the apartment, which was nice.

Все вполне соответствует цене и заявленным услугам. Не было проблем ни с заселением/выселением, ни с проживанием. Чисто, тихо, спокойно. Недалеко продуктовые магазины, чуть дальше станция метро. Как пожелание хотелось бы сказать, что матрац не мешало бы обновить.

Месторасположение квартиры просто великолепное. Метро рядом и до Крещатика пешком максимум 10 минут. В квартире заявлено 4 спальных места, но 2 на очень комфортабельной кровати и 2 на поломанном диване. На диване не комфортно даже 1 человеку. Поэтому, мое мнение, квартира подойдет только для 2 путешетсвенников. Owner official answer
Диван раскладывается на двоих человек.
Если сложно его разложить, перезвоните хозяину , он объяснит, либо горничная покажет при заселении.
При этом мы рекомендуем селиться не более 3 человек.

Чистая, аккуратная квартира в центре города. Очень приятные владельцы, не возникло ни малейших проблем с поселением, все показали, объяснили. Если будет необходимость, обязательно остановлюсь в ней еще.

До метро Кловская реально 2 минуты! Нормальная квартира из серии "бедненько, но чистенько". Кровать удобная, постельное белье новое. 1-2 ночевки провести можно. В квартире холодно. Дует по ногам. Были бы не лишними коврик в ванной, перед кроватью и под столом.

This apartment has all the services you need including wifi and air con. Compact and functional in a quiet street just off the main drag - excellently positioned. We will definitely use this apartment again. The owner is very courteous also!

it was close to the centre and a lot of TV-channels Only one thing was not good. It was cockroaches. They were not too many, but it can be after a while, so you should do something to remove them.
Otherwise i was very satisfied with the apartment and service, so i can say that this small thing did not affect my experience negatively.

Great location, five-time minutes to the heart of Kiev. The sofa, wich who can sleep in, is partly broken. Its only suitable for one. Bed is ok.

I liked the location of the apartment. The apartment was missing an electric lamp in the bathroom.
Also there were no glasses to drink water or wine.
And the towels were old and very bad quality.
