The apartment was very comfortable and I was very happy with it. The shower leaked water onto the floor and it would also move while I was in the shower. I would stay here again. The only deficit to this flat is the tiny shower stall. If you are not very thin you will eventually strike the handle and easily scald or freeze yourself. There was an excellent response to my calls when there was a water leak in my bathroom. The man who came to fix the hot water system had bad odour which remained long after he left. People from down stairs came to my apartment wanting to look in my apartment. If they want to come they need to have a translator, because I felt uncomfortable showing them into my apartment trying to explain what had happen... not my fault. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful, did you?	7.5

There were no surprises. I think if there are no surprises, it's the best you can hope for.
