“ I was changed to 19 Portovaya (a larger apartment) on arrival for the same charge as 4 Portovaya that I originally reserved. The location is almost the same and features were exactly as listed online for 19 Portovaya. Very large rooms with an extra heater provided due to extremely cold weather when I arrived (-10 C). Mostly did not need extra heater, but it was thoughtful that the owner provided this extra comfort guarantee. WiFi worked with no problems. Very nice apartment! Owner Sergey was easy to work with and met me on arrival and departure right on time.”
