The location of the apartment is very good, close to the center of Kiev and many shops and places to visit are within walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out and has many good features, a large refrigerator, a microwave, large bathtub. The apartment is great for single person or couple. Owner was nice and easy to deal with on most items, but did not speak English well, this did not affect my stay. The bed was not the most comfortable.

расположение квартиры относительно центра города! заселили не вовремя,очень опоздала гувернантка! плохое постельное белье и посуда! не работал свет в ванной комнате!

Быстрота заселения, вежливая гувернантка, отличное месторасположение, окно во двор (тишина и спокойствие), честно порадовала цена по скидке - как было обещано - так и заплатили.

The apartment has a great English-speaking driver, who picked me up at the airport on time. He then dropped me off at the airport at the end of my trip, (at 0400 hours/4am) ahead of schedule.
The apartment is in great shape. The owner thought there was a problem with the air conditioner and sent a work crew over to evaluate the problem, which was a nice touch.
The apartment is near the major attractions and within walking distance. There is a small store less then a block away from the apartment and a second small store, (little more selection, just a few blocks away) though if you want more than minor groceries, the nearest store is Billa, (which is much longer trip) which is on the same road as Independence Square, but is further down. N/A

High speed wi-fi. I could surf fast and without discontinuance.
The apartment was bigger than i expected.
Good bathroom. A bit far from he centre, more than i expected.

Расположение квартиры в центральной части города. Близость к историческим памятникам и местам и транспортные развязки. Мебель старая и поломанная. Фена нет. Посуды нет, 1 кружка. Окна не закрываются, холодно. Постельное белье ужасное. Пришлось купить свое. Моющих средств для унитаза и ванной нет, тоже купила сама. Тараканы ползают. Телевизор не работает и все остальное тоже. Слава богу хоть чайник работал. Ужасно! В общем за 4,5 тысячи гривен за 10 дней не так дорого, но комфорта указанного нет. Я бываю 4-5 раз в году в Киеве, на квартире впервые и сделаю вывод! Татьяна Киреева, забронировала квартиру на Новогодние праздника и получила скидку, Так как поездка ее носила развлекательный характер, кровать сломала сама, которую пришлось, потом заменить. Моющие средства не предоставляются, они спрятаны у горничной в кладовке и к ним нет доступа, если клиенту не нравится, как убрано, то горничная приходит и убирает. И если ей так было плохо жить в квартире, то почему она не съехала раньше и не потребовала возврата денег, а прожила весь срок и потом только потом поняла что квартира плохая.

Had an issue with hot water - sometimes had to wait 15 minutes just to get warm, not hot water. Owner said building was 120 years old - sometimes we couldn't get hot water at all. During my stay of 14 days owner cleaned apartment 1 time where he said every 4 days the apartment would be cleaned. Stayed 4 days without English tv channels until I really complained. There was no a/c on the second floor like he said. Entrance and elevator were a disaster.

всё отлично! Было холодно, особенно на лоджии - продувает со всех сторон - ни обогреватель, ни кондиционер не помогают.
