This superb villa is located close just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. T It is made up of two floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Upon entering you will find the open floor plan ideal for entertaining in multiple living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and transitions seamlessly into an open dining and living area. Recently built, this beautiful villa has the latest electrical light installation. You can create an ambiance that suits your mood whether inside or outside the house.
On the second floor you will find three bedrooms with double beds and three en-suite bathrooms, one with hot tub. Insulated from the main living space, they will allow you to relax and sleep in peace.
You can relax in hot tub or simply refresh yourself in the shower. The rooms are decorated with contemporary furnishings, giving them a modern design.
The villa is located in the very center of Costa del Sol, just a few minutes from the beach; a charming luxury marina Cabopino located between cozy and charming town of Fuengirola and the Andalusian town of Marbella. Puerto Banus with its world famous night life is only a short drive away. Golf lovers, this part of Spain is made for you! Enjoy a breathtaking backdrop while indulging in all of your favorite hobbies.

Late check-out is available. Please ask for late check-out in advance.
Security deposit - 500 EUR.
1. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Time from 23.00 to 7.00 is quite hours.
2. People other than those in the Guest may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Parking: vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Water and septic: do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 200 EUR.
