What is included in the apartment?
All apartments we hand-picked on our website are fully furnished and include towels and bed linen. Each apartment has the kitchen with all the basic equipment to make a meal and enough dishes and cutlery for the maximum number of guests who can sleep in the apartment. Most of apartments also have high-speed or wireless internet.
What is the difference between ONLINE and UPON REQUEST apartments?
The difference is in the availability confirmation for your dates.
Availability of ONLINE apartments doesn't have to be re-confirmed with the apartment owner/manager, so you can see actual availability of these apartments on our website online and booking process of such apartments take as less as few minutes with instant availability confirmation. Availability of UPON REQUEST apartments has to be re-confirmed with the apartment owner/manager. So, if you choose UPON REQUEST apartment for your stay, we will need to re-confirm if it is available or not after you submit the booking form on booking process step 1. It is done automatically, so the speed of the answer depends on the apartment owner/manager, however, if we won't get the answer within 10-15 minutes, we will send you other similar priced apartment options available for your stay.
How do I book an apartment?
There are few ways for searching for an apartment on our website:
1. The main search form on the homepage at the left. Select the city you're going to, set your check-in and check-out dates and click Search - you will see the list of all available apartments. Clicking on the apartment will take you to it's details page with 'Book Now' button - click on it and follow instructions.
2. Click on desired city on the map you can see on the homepage and you will see the list of all apartments we have in that city. Choose the apartment you would like to book and you will see it's details page where you can set your check-in and check-out dates to check whether it is available for your dates.
3. Click on one of our hot offers to get to the apartment details page with pre-filled dates of the offer.

You will receive a booking confirmation email with the complete address of the apartment and arrival information immediately after booking.
When and how do I pay?
In order to confirm your reservation you will need to make a pre-payment of 1 night stay (or 10% from the total amount in case of long periods). You will be able to do it online with your credit card via highly secured bank credit card payment processing gateway.
The balance you will pay upon arrival either by credit card or cash directly to the apartment managing company or the apartment owner.
Are local taxes included in the price?
Yes, all the prices on our website include all local taxes, so there are no hidden fees.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
All our apartment owners/managers usually do not require a security deposit for their apartments. We respect our customers and, of course, expect all of our apartments to be treated with respect and courtesy. Guests who cause damages to an apartment will be responsible for covering the expense of the damage with sufficient proof from the owner.
For some long-term rentals (30 nights or longer), apartment owners/managers may require you to pay a security deposit though.
What are age restrictions for booking an apartment with www.dobovo.com?
To book with us you must be at least 18 years old.
Can I take my pet with me?
Most of our apartment owners/managers do not allow pets, but there are some apartments where pets are allowed and you can see this information on apartment details page. If you are anyway planning to bring a pet with you, please send us an email or call and we will ask the apartment owner/manager if it is possible in your case.
How can I make adjustments to my reservation?
If you're planning to make adjustments far in advance (earlier than a cancellation period of the apartment you have reserved), you can surely cancel your reservation online and make another one, but we do not recommend this way. How can I cancel my reservation?
There is a cancellation link in the booking confirmation email your got from us upon successful booking.
Please note, that each apartment has a cancellation policy (usually it is 7 days prior to your check-in date), so if you cancel earlier than cancellation period, you will get a full refund of your pre-payment, otherwise your pre-payment is used as a cancellation fee.
You can always contact us by phone or email for help changing or canceling a reservation.
Where and how will I get the keys to the apartment?
You need to arrange your check-in time and key delivery with the apartment owner/manager. Their contact information is included in the booking confirmation email you get from us upon successful booking.

What is my guarantee after I confirm booking with the deposit?

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Most of our apartments are non-smoking, but you can always smoke on the balcony. In order to receive more detailed information, please contact your hotelier.
Early check in/late check out?
Usually early check in and/or late check out could be possible if the apartment is available for this period of time and for an additional fee (half amount of daily rate). Please ask DOBOVO manager about this possibility before booking, or state this in Special Request while feeling Booking form, or ask your hotelier after booking. We are always pleased to provide as much service for you as possible.
How to find out additional details about the apartment?
If you need to clarify some details before proceeding the booking, please make a request on chosen apartment and write all questions you are interested in in Special Requests in Booking form, or contact the owner directly through Ask owner a question button, our managers will be glad to provide you all needed information by sending an email or calling you.
How can I get a discount for my stay?
We are always pleased to give you best price for the chosen apartment if it is possible. In order to receive a discount please send us a request, stating that you need it in Special Requests in Booking form and our managers will send you an updated price with Payment Link on your email.
How much costs exact apartment for my arrival dates?
In order to find out exact price and availability for your arriving dates, please insert check in and check out date on the page of the apartment and press the button Check Availability. In Booking Summary, you will see daily rate for your exact period of booking.
What do I do after I pay the deposit and confirm my booking?
After you confirm your order with the deposit, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with contact information of your hotelier and you will be able to contact him in order to organize all check in arrangements.
