“ The location was great 5 minutes walk into the city center. The building is brand new so everything was real clean and neat. Also the building had a security guard 24/7. Overall: safe, secure and clean. I also have to mention the Landlady, she was so helpful, friendly and nice.”

 There are no redeeming features about this apartment.  This apartment was filthy. With cockroaches and mice. The description did not match the reality. No washing machine. The internet connection was sporadic, useless if you are a business operator. The cash transaction for the collection of the keys was done in the street in sub zero tempratures. I was short changed by the landlord to the tune of 750 Gryvna. The bedding was still dirty and smelled of the previous occupants, as were the towels. We had to supply our own fresh bedding and towels. Everything in the kitchen was covered in grease and needed cleaning. The last straw was when the balcony started cracking under my weight and we decided to move out. Owner official answer
The review from custom is completely not true.
The apartment was cleaned on 100% and clean bedding and towels was provided from cleaning service.we also check in clients at middnight and they even didnt tell any thanks.no cockroaches and mices!! Never ever they are in apartment! People was living the whole term without any calls to me and they never say any pretension to me.once it was problem with internet because of internet provider technical service repairement and it was just for few hours.people were living in apartment for two week and if something was bad,i am sure people will call and tell the owner about this.the payment was taken right and the charge of 47 grivnas was not taken by client only because they check out at 5 in the morning and left keys at post box and didnt want to come to our office to give keys and get cash.The clients lived whole term in apartment and didnt move anywhere!they also didnt have any bedding and towels with them.the clients provide completely wrong information about apartment by not known reasons.will never suggest such clients to anyone

Air conditioner was not working
The electricity got disconnected in two nights and someone had to come to fix it
It was not cleaned before we come and we had cockroaches during the first night (we killed around 15 of them during our first night)
It didn't have wi-fi access Owner official answer
wifi access was not provided at this apartment before september 2012.only 3g modem was provided.now it has wi fi internet for free if staying is more than 3 days.

Onsite staff helpful as much as possible given difficulties we had with each others language. Interior of the apartment is very good and pleasant. Apartment is not as handy to Don Bass region but acceptable walking distance and got to see some of Donetsk. Kitchen area could do with cleaner equipment and utensils and no hot water from tap. Bathroom didn't have hot water all the time - this maybe normal but not identified. Website indicated wireless internet, but it was not provided. Stairwell full of refuse and didn't smell pleasant outside of building very old and shock initially - thought I was at wrong location at the beginning.

The home was comfortable and the most important thing is the heating system was perfect in hard winter.. thanks to Nataly (owner). She was very polite and kind..

большой плюс что квартира находится непосредственно в самом центре города квартира холодная,неисправная сантехника,битая плитка на полу,разваленный диван,неработающий интернет вообще убил

House owner always replied my messages just in minutes.She is very helpful.
Supermarket is nearby. Main road is 10 mins by walking.

I stay in 6 days . İnternet very nice . kitchen bedroom and lounge nice..Apratment photos.. An important point forme, flat wasnt clear,ıt was dirty.I saw too much bug (alive and dead).I had a problem wıth hot water ,I didnt use it 2 days, kitchen tools were insufficient(knife,pod etc.) First day I couldnt use towel because ıt wasnt exist.Flat was far away to centrum if you want walking to centrum, you have time approximately 20 minıtes minimum..

It was closer to the city center than i guess ... Firstly apartment changed because of water problem so it wasn't good ,
in spite of promise new apartment was not good , dirty everywhere smeels bad ,

The apartment could be changed in really serious situation,such as when it has problems with water or light or other things on which we can not influence as this services not autonomal,but comes from goverment city service.if we change apartment because of such probles,this only means that we take care of our cliebrs and dont want them to suffer without really important things in apartment.and of course our stuff is trying to make cleaning perfect - so if you are not sattisfied with it- we will try to do our job even better to improve mistakes

Въехали в ПРОПЛАЧЕННУЮ квартиру только на второй день. В первый она оказалась занята. Подменная квартира была на порядок ниже - 2х-комнатная, вместо 3х, обстановка несравнимая с первоначальной.
И при этом с нас хотели взять деньги за подменную квартиру сверх.
Абсолютно не рекомендую пользоваться услугами хозяев квартиры.

Очень оперативно отработали заявку, подобрали квартиру, встретили (хотя мы приехали поздно вечером). Очень профессиональная хозяйка - молодцы. Квартира уютная, мебель в отличном состоянии. Район очень удобный. Виды из окна приятные. К гостиной, спальне и ванной претензий нет. Внимание! Я болезненно требовательна к чистоте. Замечания: 1. Кухня требует ремонта - уже поживший гарнитур (пахло из него ужасно - регулярно протирали пыль, похоже, затхлой тряпкой), убитая засаленная вытяжка. 2. Хочется, чтобы кто-то (оператор) был на связи круглые сутки. У нас возникла проблема с котлом (мы его не трогали, не крутили и т.п.), трубку после 00:00 уже никто не поднял, и в итоге до утра мы остались без горячей воды. 3. Уборку должно проводить качественнее. Хождение по полу (в зале и спальной) без тапок закончилось ЧЁРНЫМИ носками. А пыли за тумбой для аппаратуры (ТВ) - килограммы. Не пылесосилось месяцами.
Устраните три этих несложных недостатка и квартира будет конфеткой. С удовольствием остановимся ещё. Удачи!
