Очень удобное месторасположение. Чисто, аккуратно. Нешумные соседи. Неудобно идти за ключом при заселении. Удобнее, чтобы ключ вручали по местонахождению квартиры в момент заселения.

Отличное местоположение, присутствие кондиционера(на улице было +30), горячая вода всегда!!!, наличие посуды. Был необходим поздний выезд и с этим мне помогли. Огромное спасибо !!!

1. Хороший ремонт, приятное сочетание и не раздражает глаз, всё аккуратно и функционально. Хорошая душевая, хорошая кровать.
2. Хорошее положение, до метро буквально 3 шага. 1. Сломана балконная дверь, чтобы нормально ее закрыть - нужно поднять ее на петлях.
2. Желательно чтобы в номере по умолчанию была питьевая вода или фильтр. Так же ко двору пришлись бы чай и еще какой-то набор элементарных продуктов которые пригодятся даже при условии питания на улице. Магазины не близко, ибо центр, поэтому бегать-искать не удобно.
3. Туалетную бумагу по логике не прячут в неизвестные клиенту полки кровати
4. Желательно чтобы полотенец было больше и добавились халаты
5. Желательно застеклить балкон, при том что вид хороший и приятно смотреть, балкон с оживленной стороны улицы и одеваться чтобы подышать воздухом - это не удобно.
6. В подьезде надо вкрутить лампочки или открутить руки тем кто их ворует. Путь от двери подьезда до квартиры во мраке - странное развлечение.
7. На одеяло не был одет пододеяльник, мне не охота этим заниматься.

Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Немного шумно (из-за дороги, музыку из стриптиз клуба рядом не слышали, как ни старались :)), любителям поспать в полной тишине будет не просто, но лично нас это не напрягало. Центр, удобно, в ночное время возвращаться домой не больше 15 минут пешком от любой более-менее центральной улицы города. Уютный небольшой балкончик. Мало посуды, на четверых не хватит. Нет фильтра для воды. Чайник староват.

Понравились: месторасположение, чистота, укомплектованность. Очень не понравилось требование предъявить при регистрации два документа, удостоверяющие личность. Главное, что об этом не предупредили ни на сайте, ни в переписке по заказу. Чисто случайно два документа оказались на руках. А если бы их не было?

I liked the style of the apartment and the proximity to many public places, restaurants, bars, banks. The apartment was placed right above a night-club and there was loud music and vibrations all the night long. The room was clean, but towels were old and didn't give the impression to be really clean. The kitchenette wasn't really clean. Nobody came for the cleaning-ups during the whole week.

I really like the apartment. It was close to metro, so convenient, with restaurants around. It was clean, big and fair price.
The only thing I didn't like was the door at the building as it didn't close by itself - many people leave it open so anyone can sneak to the building.

Мы остались очень довольны общением с персоналом сервиса. Квартира, несмотря на аскетичный интерьер, очень уютная. Гидромассажная ванна была очень кстати после долгих пеших прогулок по Киеву, а кондиционер обеспечивал комфорт даже в самые жаркие дни. Проблем с доступом в интернет не было, но хотелось бы пользоваться им без ограничений (в инструкции просят не просматривать и не скачивать видео). Квартира полностью соответсвует своему описанию на сайте. Единственное, чего нам не хватило -- морозилки))) В следующую поездку с удовольствием остановимся в этой же квартире.

Квартира очень чистая, оборудована всем необходимым, жить очень комфортно. Месторасположение очень хорошее. Обслуживание неплохое, персонал старается удовлетворить все пожелания. Осталась очень довольна.

Квартира чистая, уютная. Очень классная кровать)) есть все необходимое. Первые 2 дня интернет был, но нельзя было заходить на сайты. Не было штопора. Не качественно показывал телевизор( картинка менялась с ч/б изображения на цветное)

Обычная квартирка Огромное жирное пятно на пододеяльнике, комок длинных женских волос на одном из полотенец, вайфай работал но интернет отсутствовал - видимо забыли оплатить, окна не удерживают шум с дороги. На окна повесьте нормальные жалюзи а не то извращение которое там есть - утром от света спать невозможно.
Учитывая цену/качество троечку можно поставить

Сама квартира очень понравилась... единственное не смог найти пароль от ВайФай интернета, как то информация об этом толком не лежала на видном месте, столе или телевизоре... Меня удивило то, что по факту заезда в квартиру там был еще мастер по починке бойлера или чего то еще... просто меня не предупредили что кто то там присутствует. И Вы должны меня понять, когда открываешь деверь и там еще кто то есть из персонала, то это вызывает определенное удивление. Мелочь но она была. Если бы администратор предупредил заранее, это было бы понятно.

I liked the interior of the appartement very much, nice kitchen too and also ligths were very nice. I would like to use this appartement again. Perhaps next time it would be nice to have soem drinking water in the fridge and some extra coffee and tea for the first day.

В общем отлично, приятный минимализм, квартира не выглядит как спальня моей мамы. Разве что телевизор из прошлого века ни к чему, занимает много места и так в небольшой квартире. Не нашелся стиральный порошок, хотя машинка есть. И неплохо, чтоб была хоть бутылочка питьевой воды.

I really liked that place. Small, clean and well designed.
Staffs really providing good services.
And if I come to Kiev once again I will choose this apartment and company.
Thanks Sometimes from top floor noisy deilling was bothering.
But anyway it was not real issue.

Clean flat, well situated for centre of Kiev and shops I only stayed in 76 Volodymyrska for 4 nights, and I was relocated for the last night of my stay.
When I initially arrived in the flat at Volodymyrska the Internet connection did not work, because the wifi network had not been configured on the router. It required an engineer visit to fix it.
The security system on the outside door of the building was broken. It was fixed on the second day.
During the first 4 out of the 5 days of my stay in Kiev, construction work was being carried out in the flat above. There was very loud hammer drilling for extended periods. On the fourth day the water was shut off in my flat most of the day, and I was unable to shave or shower. When the water was reconnected it was brown and undrinkable. I showed the taxi driver that was moving me to another apartment the condition of the water, and he witnessed the sound of the consstruction. Your customer care representative heard the sound of the construction too over the telephone - it was so loud it was almost impossible to speak on the telephone. I was told that the occupants of the other flats can make as much noise as they like, which I find hard to believe.
Because the noise was intolerable, it was decided to move me to another apartment. The timing of this was very inconvenient because I had a friend coming round and delivery of dinner was ordered for 30mins after the decision to move was made. I had to cancel dinner, and my friend had to wait 20mins in the Metro until it was decided which new apartment I was to be moved to. Then my friend had to get herself to the new apartment.
In the new apartment there was no duvet on the bed, so I had a cold and miserable night.

Several nice restaurants near, little supermarket just across the road, a big supermarket is 10 minutes walking one way. To the metro it's also 10 minutes walking. The house entrance and hallway is looking like garbage - never cleaned since 50 years and never renovated since 50 years, dangerous looking cable wiring on the walls.
Walls are thin so you can listen neighbours when they do normally loud talking.

Я много путешествовала, но это самые лучшие апартаменты в которых мне доводилось останавливаться. Очень удобное расположение - рядом и маркет, и кафе с пиццериями. В квартире было все необходимое - очень понравилось. Рекомендую!

I checked the churches and museums, and much more, such as night life, restaurants. Kiev is a very nice city. Very nice people. Would be nice to have a microwave in the apartment.

Удобное месторасположение, хорошая комплектация, бесплатный Wi-Fi, большая мягкая кровать. Квартира очень хорошая, но дом, и в частности подъезд, просто ужас.

Вся техника в работоспособном состояннии. Потребовалась стиральная машина - к вашим услугам, интернет для поиска мест туристического посещения - пожалуйста. Во дворе всегда можно найти место для парковки автомобиля. Очень близко от дома расположена пиццерия и продовольственные магазины - это, безусловно, удобно. Отсутствие аудиодомофона в квартире.

Месторасположение - лучше не придумать, практически на Крещатике, Майдан чуть ли не за углом. В то же время окна выходят на достаточно тихую улицу, где редкие посетители заходят в бутики именных марок, поэтому выспаться можно без проблем. Нет места поставить машину - чудом припарковались на соседней улице. Были в выходные, движение на Крещатике перекрыто, трудно было разобраться как доехать.

Замечательное расположение, полное соответствие описанным характеристикам квартиры. В комнате все очень комфортно и удобно. В ванной очень хотелось бы иметь возможность повесить вещи (нужны хотя бы вешалки) и положить туалетные принадлежности (полочки или отдельная этажерка). Просится банный халат к такому уровню сервиса.

Понравилась сама квартира, техника установленная в квартире, приветливый персонал, хорошие цены. Оставил на гугле положительные отзывы и рекомендации переодически не работал лифт

Милая, уютная квартира. Отлично подходит для проживания на несколько дней. Есть все, что нужно для проживания.
Так же хорошо, что окна выходят во двор и не слышно шума машин. Не понравилось состояние сантехники.

Все поностью соответствует заказу. Окна выходят во двор, то-есть в квартире тихо и комфортно. Комнаты разделены сан узлом, и работающий тв не мешает отдыхать в другой комнате. В обеих комнатах плазменные панели, что тоже приятно)) Легкий посоронний запах в квартире. Думаю арома палочки или что-то еще могут легко решить эту малсенькую проблему. А так все на 5 с плюсом баллов.

Удобная квартира, в которой все есть для комфортного жилья. Стильный дизайн, красивый вид из окна. А также отличное расположение.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал агенства. Это настоящие профессионалы, которые всегда помогали по любым вопросам. Окно справа, которое ближе к телевизору плохо закрывалось. Пришлось самому лезть и закручивать винт вверху. Штора на левых окнах не поднимается. На вытяжке кнопки сломаны и выпадают. Ну и в джакузи не работала панель управления. Включить джакузи конечно можно, нажав на кнопку напротив панель, но вот настроить уже никак.

Good neighbor, not far from center (2,5km, super if you like to walk a little), cafe and mini market very close to it. Good apartment, clean. External building and lift in bad bad bad condition!!! Check in after 3 hours waiting in reception, finally even if I had paid for transportation I walked with my suitcases almost 2 km searching for the apartment (if you are not familiar in east europe addresses do not even try!!!)

Recently refurbished apartment close to the city centre. During the first day of our visit there were two hours when there was no water, and throughout the four days additional ones when there was sometimes no electricity either in the loft or the apartment.

Просторная кровать, хорошее расположение, быстрый интернет, гардероб, выгодная цена. Функции джакузи не работают, напор слабый, обогрев пола почему-то сбоку от унитаза, полотенцесушитель не работает, ОЧЕНЬ слабое освещение кухни, нет соли/сахара/перца, нет штопора, в СВЧ-печи нет стеклянного диска, освещение вытяжки сломано, тв-приставка зависает раз в 15 минут и даёт сильные помехи, правый прикроватный светильник перегорел. Спасибо за отзыв! Мы установили новую гидромассажную систему, вкрутили большей мощности лампы нк кухне. Соль, сахар и перец уже доступны во всех квартирах Partner Guest House. Стеклянный диск купили и положили в СВЧ печь. ТВ приставку заменили сотрудники компании ВОЛЯ кабель и теперь ТВ работает стабильно.

Всё чисто и аккуратно, из окна хороший вид. Порадовало, что в квартире есть обогреватель, на случай холодов. Вежливый персонал, готовый ответить на любые вопросы и помочь. Так же обрадовали пару пакетиков чая и кофе, с дороги это очень кстати для тех, кто не запасливый. В квартире довольно часто курят, и запах не выветривается... Для некурящего человека это очень некомфортно. Но курят в квартире видимо из-за того, что нет балкона и не многим хочется выходить на лестничную площадку. Owner official answer
В квартире есть табличка "не курить". Мы убедительно просим всех жильцов курить на площадке - за пределами квартиры.

Практически все. Не работал гидромассаж в ванной (не критично, но не приятно) и кондиционер нужно сразу включать - через тумблер, а не ждать пока позвонят клиенты с логичным вопросом:)

The apartment for this price was ok.
The driver was friendly, like a gentle men. He helped me with bags. Drove with me to the shop in the night to buy something to eat and changed me some money.
Bank was near the apartment, shop for food and pizzeria was near the apartment. I missed oven in the apartment :) because I like to cook.
The refrigerator was full of ice, it is not really my problem, but I am sure that in some weeks or month it will be out of order. You have to enfreeze it sometimes.
I do not find a german channel on your tv. Maybe there was and I did not find it. I watched then the ukrainian music channel, this was good too.

Its ok location for this price and I like when the apartment is very bright, this apt is very very bright. A big closet is also good. When I was there the refridgerator did not work properly and the shower was not working so I changed apartment after one night.

The apartment was comfortable, well decorated, and in a nice location. Staff was friendly. Satellite TV did not work. I informed staff, but nothing was done. The elevator broke during our stay, but was fixed. The inside stairs and hallway were very dirty.

В целом комфортная квартира, понравилось то, что в такой студии 4 спальных места, т.е. при желании можно разместить 3-4х человек спокойно! Для коммандировочных очень рекомендую! Как пожелание: в ванной комнате не хватает штор возле самой ванны, т.к. разбрызгивается сильно вода при купании :) - приходилось полы вытирать. Гладильная доска продавлена, сетка мешает гладить (подкладывали простынь). И еще, нужны тапочки одноразовые....

Отличное расположение квартиры, все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Хороший ремонт, просторная квартира. Есть мини шампуни и тапочки. Для тех, кто болезненно относится к чистоте, лучше кухней не пользоваться. Все довольно липкое и пахнущее. ФЕНА можно считать, что НЕТ! Т.е. высушить даже короткие волосы, нереально. На кухне только одна кружка, чай пили из стаканов. Указано, что ежедневная уборка, но никто не убирался

Квартира идеально подойдет для туристов и людей кто хочет посмотреть город и достопримечательности! Так как расположена в самом центре исторического Киева. Полностью соответствует фотографии. Как всегда огромное Спасибо Ане с Partner Guest House, ловишь себя на мысли что уже во многом выбираешь данный сайт, из-за хороших сотрудников. Еще очень удобно, что после получения ключей, вас доставляют в квартиру бесплатно! очень приятные и отзывчивый персонал! Неудобное расположение для тех кто приедет на машине, поставить ее не где, даже такси проблематично проехать по данному адресу. Если вы едите в рабочую командировку, лучше выбрать другой адрес, так как здесь вечная пробка в будние дни! А так же, для девушек лучше взять свой фен, тот что есть в квартире, волосы средней длинны не высушит!

Из хорошего следует отметить, что действительно было чисто, хорошая постель, отличная кровать и диван. Тепло. К персоналу нет претензий.
Из того, что напрягло, в квартире стоит ванная джакузи, но она не будет работать, так как вода нагревается только через бойлер, а это мало и долго. Не пойму для чего тогда ее ставить? Не удобно забирать ключи в одном месте, а ехать в другое, этот вопрос желательно решать на месте. Вытяжка не работала. Но омлет утром можно сготовить) Бомжей как было написано ниже мы не видели, но ночью, что-то в подьезде происходило, кто-то кого мучил (( и это мешало спать.

Квартира отличная! Всегда было чисто и аккуратно. Рекомендую очень!!! Есть маленькие недостатки, которые, уверена!!, Вы учтете и исправите:
1. Нужно обязательно!!! сообщать о наличии рядом парковки.
2. Недостаточно банных принадлежностей - но одну персону положено: 2 больших полотенца, 1 для рук и 1 для ног + шапочка
3. Таких простых вещей как: чай, кофе, сахар в квартире не оказалось, соль (была). Заехали в 22.30 в квартиру, хотели выпить чая и согреться, а пришлось выходить и в срочном порядке искать ужин :(((.
4. О том, что в подъезде ночуют бездомные Вы не сообщили :((. Хорошо, что я была с мужем, но все равно, ждала его пока достанет вещи из машины и одна в подъезд не заходила и не выходила.
5. Подъезд в ужасающем состоянии - на сайте нужно это указывать (качество подъезда не соответствует качеству квартиры)
А так все отлично!!!!

Квартира потрясающе удобная и в точности соответствует описанию. Расположение на пять с плюсом. Кухонную утварь только пора сменить и дополнить. А так никаких претензий нет. И очень удобный и четкий сервис при бронировании. Спасибо.

The organisation of the entire pick-up, drop-off on my arrival, and vice versa on my departure was flawless. It doesn't get any better than this.
The people in Dobovo office were amazingly helpful and friendly. Again, full marks there!
The flat was crystal clean at my arrival Half the lightbulbs were not working. Internet and cable TV stopped working as well and it took 2 days to have them fixed. I am sure it was an unfortunate coincidence but it would be good to have a more prompt response from the IT personnel, who should ideally speak English

Восхитительна квартира! Мало того что красивая, так еще и невероятно функциональная - просторная. Расположение - идеально, выходишь из квартиры и в любую сторону достопримечательности, барчики и кафешки.
Понравилось так же еще и то, что в апартаментах тихо и очень чисто.

Нам понравилось все! Были некоторые вопросы которые решались по телефону. Спасибо! Был сломан штопор, не было рюмок. В ванную можно поставить стакан для зубных щеток. На самом деле это мелочи которые не испортили нам отдых.

Location is great! The heating is not enough. There is an air conditioning unit, but it doesn't have heating mode. The other thing is that there is a problem with hot water; If you want to use jacuzzi, the available hot water in the system is not enough to fill it; so if you try that, you will loose all available hot water and you'll not have a functional jacuzzi! And then as all available hot water is finished for nothing, you cannot get bath and you should wait for about 2 hours to have hot water again.

Location was wonderful and the apartment has wonderful furniture. I lost my key and the staff helped me and gave me a new key quickly. Overall it was pleasant to stay in there. The worst thing is that apartment is swarming with mosquitos. It would be better if the staff would put some electric device that keep mosquitos away and may be put screen windows to protect apartment.
The next thing I don't like is the condition in the building. It was very dirty and old.

Вид из окна - просто невероятный. Но и сама квартира, ее дизайн, все очень правильно продумано. Хоть все и выдержано строгом стиле, тем ни менее, очень уютно. Ванная за стеклом - нечто! Те, кому это не нравится, кто чего либо стесняется, просто должен искать что-то другое. НО, это никак не минус, а только плюс!

месторасположение,обстановка,постельное белье чистое,полотенца,персонал -все это выше всяких похвал. было прохладно (батареи не впечатлили своей температурой).и очень хотелось бы жалюзи или что-то в этом роде на окно в ванной-не покидало ощущение,что когда моешься в душе - вас снимает скрытая камера )))))).А остальном все очень достойно.спасибо.

Это идеальное место, встречать Новый Год там было просто прекрасно. Квартира очень хорошая, тихая, маленькая, как раз для 1-2 людей.
Спасибо :) Стекляная стена в ванной. Когда в квартире 1 человек живет, то это вполне нормально, а когда 2 - то вызывает некий дискомфорт.

Больше всего понравился невероятно красивый вид из окна на ночной город - это нечто.
Сама по себе квартира была очень чистой, дизайн и оборудование в апартаметах тоже невероятно крутые. А еще приятным сюрпризом оказался чай и кофе, которые были в номере - так что 10 из 10 за отменный сервис и жилье.

Привітні конс’єржи. Панорама з кількох вікон на Прорізну та Хрещатик. Освітлення можно налаштувати під різні настрої + світло(музика)ьлимаюче. Неприємно дивитись на затори в центрі столиці та ще й деякі водії зложвивають використанням сигналу автомоьіля, який за правилами дорожнього руху України дозволино використовувати у межах міста тільки у випадках для уникнення можливої ДТП.
Іноземці (йомовірно англійці) голосно співають свої пісні о третій годині ночі і довелось їм зроьити заувадження.

Прекрасный дизайн картиры, достаточно чисто. Впечатлила стеклянная стена, служащая перегородкой между ванной комнатой и жилой, обогрев пола в ванной. И вообще, вся квартира очень органична. Единственное, что озадачило - отсутсвие штор в ванной комнате. Чтобы в вечернее время ваш поход в ванную комнату не стал достоянием жильцов Прорезной и Крещатика нужно погасить свет во всей квартире, т.к. стеклянная стена не оставляет шансов остаться незамеченным, даже если свет горит только в комнате. Хотя кого волнуют такие мелочи, ведь вид из окон 8-го этажа и непосредственная близость и причастность к основному движению отдыхающих на Крещатике привлечёт любого из гостей Киева, жаждущего окунуться в его круглосуточно пульсирующую жизнь!

Квартира очень уютная, чистая и светлая.
Единственное не хватает шторки на ванной, так как после душа приходилось убирать лужу воды с пола, чтобы не затопить соседей.
А так все очень понравилось - с удовольствием воспользуемся вашими услугами еще раз.

Looks nice and clean, fresh. Noise from high traffic street at night.
Curtains in the room are not enough dark, and there are no curtains at all in the bathroom (there is just glass not a wall between bathroom and room), so at night you will be under strong light of comertials from oposite buildings, what make difficult to have a sleep.

Kiev is an awesome city that more people should check out. You get a long way with English, but learn some basic Russian for an even better experience. This apartment was located close to everything. It's spacious, got a great view and is very modern. The concierge did not speak any English which made things like ordering taxi very difficult.

В квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортного отдыха. Хорошая мебель, сантехника, есть посудомоечная и стиральная машины, сушилка, гладильная доска и утюг. Через 3 дня приходила горничная сменила полотенца и убрала мусор. Очень удобное расположение квартиры 2 минуты пешком до Майдана Незалежности и 5 минут до Софийского и Михайловского соборов. Во дворе можно оставить машину за 20 гривен в сутки, он закрытый и под присмотром консьержки.

It was a nice location and the Stay was really enjoyable. We felt like home after the first day! It was nice and warm. Everything was completely satisfied! We recommend this place. Maybe the cups have been a little bit too small. It was not a big problem, its just something we noticed at our stay.

This apartment was really unique, hygienically clean, pleasant reception and reservation. There was everything for a perfect weekend in Kiev. The other advantage was location of the flat - Independence square is in 1 minute walking. I recommend this apartment to everyone, who likes really good things.

Останавливались в этой квартире с 9 по 11 июня. Квартира даже лучше чем на фото. Несмотря на то что в эти дни было открытие Евро 2012 и на Майдане творилось что-то невероятное из-за количества болельщиков (а квартира буквально в 2-х минутах ходьбы), никакой шум не беспокоил - окна выходят во двор. Отдельно хочется сказать об агентстве: как и договаривались, нас встретил водитель у поезда, довез до офиса, мы быстро зарегистрировали, никаких накладок не было, неожиданный доплат не попросили. Т.к. мы приехали рано, а заселение с 13 00, пришлось подождать в Вареничной, но это только улучшило настроение :) В час дня водитель отвез в квартиру - все было готово, чисто, уютно, с приятностями в виде множества полотенец, тапочек и шампуней (также в квартире есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, вплоть до фена и утюга). Откровенно говоря, я несколько волновалась, когда оплачивала аванс в Москве, все-таки шанс, что "кинут", есть всегда, тем более через незнакомый сайт, но напрасно)) В общем, впечатления только положительные и о квартире и о самом агентстве. Lovely apartment, everything as described. Modern and comfortable furnishings, everything in perfect working order, warm etc. There was a small problem initially with the key and even though I phoned about this after 9pm, it was all sorted out very quickly. Very impressed. Just one thing - I think it would be a nice touch to have a small amount of tea and coffee in the apartment when you check in.

Очень красивая и комфортная квартира в самом центре столицы.
Рядом размещены два кинотеатра, центр современного искусства, 10 музеев и невероятное множество клубов, баров и ресторанов, но кровать настолько широкая, а матрац такой мягкий, что Вы закажете пиццу на дом!!!
Апартаменты идеальны для романтичных выходных вдвоем!

Отличное месторасположение - рядом с метро, недалеко от Бессарабского рынка, дома с химерами, Крещатика. Вокруг много ресторанчиков и кафе. Уютная квартира - студия, свежий ремонт, большая кровать, большой телевизор, джакузи, миленький балкончик с цветами. Для двоих жильцов имеется все необходимое: мини-кухня, холодильник, стиральная машина, утюг, кондиционер и тд и тп. Работает Wi-Fi. В ванной маловато крючков и полочек, стулья на кухне немного расшатались, видела 1 таракана на кухне (но может, конечно, соседский зашел в гости)
В целом, плюсов явно больше, чем минусов.

Теплое просторное помещение, удобная комфортная кровать, очень удачное расположение телевизора, вся необходимая бытовая техника.
Наличие посуды/чашек/бокалов. 1) Название сети Wi-Fi прописанное в памятке не соответствует реальному (точнее сети с таким названием не существует)
2) Неплохо было бы иметь в квартире инструкции к микроволновке и джакузи на английском (если не сохранилось оригинальной, то хотя бы листочек с описанием основных функций и какие кнопки нажимать). Пользоваться ванной кроме как душем не было желания, чтобы не рисковать испортить вечер.

Location close to Metro, Market, Arena all good and there are plenty of local shops and restaurants. It is not too far to walk into the center of the city if you like. The excellent Ukrainian food restaurant "pusatta Hatta" (forgive my spelling) is very close and it has all the local delicacies and is inexpensive. 2 small annoying details.
1) the only knife in the apartment - was so blunt that to call it sharp would be a crime. This created difficulties.
2) the fry pan is also heavily scratched - teflon that flakes onto food has been suggested as a cause of irritable bowel conditions. I would not allow its use.

The transportation was well organized at appropriate costs. The location of the apartment on Baseina street. A very nice bathroom. OVERALL a good to excellent stay. Only two towels, it tooks very long till hot water was running.

Квартира очень понравилась! Современный дизайн, все удобства, телевизор с большим экраном. Квартира чистая, горничная убирает добросовестно. Все туалетно-банные принадлежности с запасом. Так как мы оставались довольно длительный срок нелишними здесь были сушилка для одежды, глад.доска и утюг. Вся техника (стиралка, фен, утюг и др.) работали исправно. Сотрудницы компании работают четко. Советую воспользоваться услугами трансфера. Так как мы прилетели раньше времени заезда (14-00), водитель нас привез в офис компании, который находится неподалеку. оставил наш багаж, мы немного прогулялись, затем тот же водитель отвез нас на квартиру, поднял багаж на 2 этаж и показал как пользоваться ключами. Ключи, кстати, электронные карты - которые меняются после каждого отъезжающего. Вобщем все понравилось Все понравилось!

Тем что квартира в центре, а окна выходят во двор! Дизайн, качественный ремонт - приятно глазу ) Вопрос гигиены.... Чистым были только посуда, окна и подокольники, унитаз, простыни и наволочки. Зато грязным - ванна! и все вокруг нее, умывальник по перриметру!, пол в комнатах, ииии если снять наволочку - то хочеться заплакать! Постирайте чехлы от подушек - они же съемные! И еще - есть такая вещь как освежитель воздуха - в квартире должно пахнуть чистотой и свежестью, а не следами пребывания других людей.

Location and good service of staff working in your office! In apartmant there was not many thinks in kitchen.... No something for drying hair after shower etc ...
The prices should be 10-15 % less high and than this would be winning combination also in comperation with Hotels...

Прекрасный вариант для всех, кто приехал познакомиться с Киевом -- до Бессарабки 7 мин пешком, до начала Крещатика -- 10. Просторно, высокие потолки, нежное постельное белье, большой выбор кабельных программ (включая немалое число российских каналов). Тихо, с балкона открывается прекрасный вид. В какую сторону ни пойти -- везде (особенно на Руставели) можно найти кафе, кофейни, небольшие рестораны. До офиса опять-таки не более 5-7 минут пешком.
Отдельное СПАСИБО в адрес Олеси, Ани и особенно Лены -- большое спасибо вам, барышни, за помощь и сердечное отношение! совершенно несущественные мелочи:
- очевидный неравный брак между унитазом и его сиденьем-подростком
- ручка на внешней двери балкона просит "Поменяйте меня!"

Жил во многих квартирах, но эта однозначно лучшая. Следующий раз не отказался бы еще раз в ней остановиться. Чистота, порядок, состояние оставили самые приятные впечатления.
Поразили одноразовые тапочки и наличие кухонного комбайна ))). Летом наверное это не проблема, но в середине ноября не очень комфортно то, что не закрывается плотно одна створка окна (по всей видимости сломан замок). Но это мелочь на фоне всего остального. Отопление достаточное и температура в квартире комфортная.

Very good location for the city,plenty choice for eating and shopping. No complaint about the apartment.

Everything you might need is just around the corner. Very good location! - Not enough kitchen utensils and accessories.

Отличное местоположение. Чисто и аккуратно. Было все, что могло потребоваться, даже лед в морозилке и штопор )). Все работало, и WiFi и джакузи, и кондиционер и остальная техника.
Приятно, что довезли усталых путников от ресепшена на Бассейной до подъезда дома, хоть расстояние и небольшое. Кодовый замок на входе в подъезд почему-то не закрывался, но никаких неудобств это не доставило.

Very clean and comfortable apartment.
Quiet location.
5 minutes walk to next metro station. Confirmed for 3 nights but was only available for two nights. Got offer for a better alternative but we had to change apartment during our stay. Transfers not well organized - we had to call them to remember after no show up at scheduled time. Jacuzzi was not working. This was known to the landlord before our checkin but not reported to us.

Apartment is spacious, full of light, very close to subway station and to a couple of grocery stores. Many bars and restaurants are nearby, however it is very peaceful. Big bed and big sofa, lots of space to store clothes and so on... The kitchen was quite well equipped and everything was clean and functional, could find in the apartment everything we needed, and even more than that. Definitely recommended, it is even more beautiful and comfortable than what it looks like in the picture! Could not figure out how to make the jacuzzi work and the wifi password provided didn't seem to work. However we were so busy that we didn't even ask to the staff and just used wired connection. I am sure that if we would just ask, they would fix the problem in no time, they were so helpful and professional!

Close proximity to many of the city's cultural, commercial, fashion, entertainment and dining centers. Good customer service, close location to airport, train and bus stations. Free Wi-Fi... I can not think of any negative attributes or aspects.

Останавливалась на 17 ночей, квартира удобно расположена, близко метро и вся инфраструктура включая магазины и кафе. В квартире чисто. Есть полотенца. Утюг. Фен. Водонагреватель. Стиральная машина. Посуды достаточно. Из минусов могу назвать слабый напор воды, и если открывать форточки то немного шумно из за припаркованных машин во дворе , еще я так и не поняла что с уборкой , так как приходили почти каждый день , что то смотрели , но не убирали и не меняли постель за 17 ночей ни разу, не добавляли чай и кофе , хотя шампунь и туалетную бумагу ставили. Еще нет ни грамма соли и спичек, хотя в квартире газ ))) , так что пришлось покупать сразу килограмм соли.

На сайте указана ежедневная уборка. Однако за 4 дня проживания уборка не проводилась ни разу. Про интернет - не получалось подключиться. Позвонили на ресепшн. Оказалось, что пароль поменяли, а в квартиру информацию с новым паролем забыли разместить. Мелочь, но гости не должны тратить время на звонки для решения таких вопросов. Не работает джакузи. Никаких спрятанных (скрытых) кнопок-выключателей нет. После мытья посуды чувствовалась нехватка полотенец кухонных. До приезда в Киев с сотрудниками компании уточнялся вопрос о количестве полотенец для для душа (хотел узнать брать свои или нет). Был получен ответ, что комплектов будет по количеству лиц указанных в брони (нас было двое). Однако по приезду в квартире был 1 один комплект. Опять пришлось звонить и выяснять причину. Девушка на ресепшн удивлённо спросила: "А вас двое? Сегодня уже поздно. Только завтра будет второй комплект". После моей фразы о том как нам мыться и т.д. второй комплект был привезён. в день выселения горничная должна была прийти к 12.00 (так было оговорено при заселении). Однако она пришла в 10.00. Оставила сумку свою и сказала, что придёт к 12.00. пришла в 11.40. Не держать же человека подъезде - пришлось впустить. Исходя из всех этих мелочей и складывается отрицательное мнение об оказанной услуге.

В целом все соответствует, предложению. Не понравилось: отсутствие напора горячей воды - зачем тогда джакузи?
отсутствие пульта к кондиционеру, не качественно убрано в помещении (пыль на вытяжке, холодильнике, часть лампочек не горят), кровать скрипит.

Мы туристы из Казахстана, останавливались с супругой в октябре, полностью остались удовлетворены, как качеством сервиса, так и условиями проживания, адекватный персонал, вежливые приятные девушки на ресепшне. Не возникло никаких неприятностей. Квартира чистая, все на местах, и довольно удобно для кратковременного проживания. Расположение также достаточно удобное, недалеко крещатик, метро, чуть выше по улице супермаркет с обменником, в общем, инфраструктура есть. Просто для справки, есть маленькие нюансы, шумоизоляция, которая, уверен, мало где сейчас идеальная, при том, что район абсолютно тихий, сильно отдыху и сну не помешала. Для любителей стоять часами в душе, надо учитывать, что в квартире водонагреватель, рассчитанный на определенное количество воды. За минусы это не считаю. В общем и целом, приятный сервис, и очень хорошая квартира, с отличным расположением. Спасибо персоналу. Очень рекомендую туристам.

i did like the location , was 10 min walk to the city the room was in need of a good clean there was dust every where windows was dirty as well the skirting on the floor was dusty and the extractor fan over the cooker was very greasy there needed to be better curtains by the kitchen and there was a roller blind missing from one of the windows , the washing machine was not good it shake as it spins and it moves pulling the pipe out of the wall causing the bathroom to flood

Девочки в офисе доброжелательные, и встретили ночью, и заселили в квартиру. Главное, что это реальная компания в которой можно квартиру заказать даже за пол года до даты вселения и это гарантирует, что по приезду вы в нее вселитесь.И цены в центре Киева намного дешевле чем в гостинице 3-звезды.Фото квартиры соответствует квартире. The CD player was broken.
The whirlpool didn't work.
No scissors and bad corkscrew.
Bad wifi connection and internet cable far from the workplace.
Only one electra at the working place.
Bad and little kitchen utensils.
A lot of noise nuisance (1st floor near elevator and outsite door).
Bad and dangerous driver when I go back to airport.

It was so noisy, I told about it to the hotelier, women was coming and leaving all night long and as it is in the floor zero, the elevator was making so much noise, opening and closing all night long. It was like a nightmare I couldn't sleep.

Modern design and high level of hotelier's services - reception girls helped me a lot! Cleanness was awesome. I also got a very reasonable rate. Location was a bit far from the place where I had to be every day (office), but I knew it before.

It's a ground floor apartment. The windows are at the same level as the car-park and cars are just in front of the windows. So it stinks each time a car starts or arrives. And it was noisy.

Прекрасное расположение, 5 минут до Крещатика, рядом супермаркет. Большая удобная кровать, красивый дизайн, отличный телевизор, весь необходимый набор посуды. Не очень качественный интернет, часто пропадал. Под окнами находятся кафе, всю ночь там молодежь какие-то разборки устраивала. Днем очень шумно за окном. Нет микроволновки, что было бы удобно, так как в таких поездках питаешься в основном из кулинарии, а разогревать на печке - целое дело. Когда включали горячую воду в соседней кваритире, включалась колонка у меня - это пугало иногда :)

Nice clean Appartement. Looked new and refurbished. We enjoyed our stay there.
The staff was helpful and friendly. It was advertised as 1-4 people. When we arrived there was only one double bed made up and we had to improvise. There was not an option on the website to select how many people we are, I am sure if the people would have know, they would have prepared the 2nd bed.

The attention given by Marina (employee of apartment managing company) was wonderful. She was attentive to our needs and helped us immedietly when we had a small problem. Life in Kiev is difficult, compared to where I live. My wish is that as this apartment managing company grows and prospers, they consider paying staff a decent wage, one that allows a good and honest life! :)

In the bedroom the curtains are white and early in the morning the sun, through them, shines on the bed.
Furthermore there is no air condition in the bedroom, so it's like to sleep in a "solarium"

The location of the apartment was excellent - a short walk into the centre and very close to the football (Euro 2012) stadium. Some nice bars and coffee shops close by. The aprtment is well appointed and very secure. The check in process is helpful and efficient. At 'standard' prices the apartmet is an excellent choice. However, for Euro 2012, like it seems everywhere in Kiev - hotels, hostels, apartments, prices had an extra 0 added to the nightly price which put a lot of people off travelling to the city for the duration of the football. The prices were absurdly high including all aprtments I checked out.

Nice place to stay for special price. 60-70 euro is OK - if more, then it's too much for this apartment in this condition. The heating was out of order and they didn't repair it, so it was pretty cold.
Jacuzzi didn't work properly and it appeared to be dirty when we managed to make it work.
TV could be better and TV in bedroom would be nice idea.

Location in city centre was excellent. Good restaurants close by. Some fixtures not repaired, no bath or wash basin plug, so advertised spa bath could not be used. For visitors arriving from abroad, often late in the day, it would be very nice if there was a basic welcome pack ... a few sachets of coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamer. A spare roll of toilet paper would also be helpful.
Also valuable would be direction to the nearest supermarket where non-Ukrainian speaking guests can easily buy essential food supplied, local shops are very difficult if you don not speak Ukrainian language.
For a business visitor the 30 Mbyte per day internet allocation was rather restrictive ... files to transfer etc.

Отличные потолки, балкон выходит на тихий дворик. Шума с улицы не слышно вообще. Была проблема с горячей водой (колонка не справлялась) но при маленьком напоре воды - горячая все-таки присутствовала. Обещали починить.

Very quiet place to stay in the city center, close to all the places of interest, metro, shops and restaurants! Very helpful staff! It was rather clean in the apartment, if not the terrible condition of the sofa, a lot of stains, which do not corresponds to the photo at all! The floor needs to be repaired, a lot of scratches on it, which is also different on the photo. On arriving in the apartment there was no knife and tea spoons at the apartment, but after calling the reception, everything was settled in an hour. There is also one problem with the electrical wiring there, the light is always shimmering there which is difficult to stand and not all the lamps are functioning.

Дуже вічливий і надійсний персонал офісу, у квартирі було тепло при -15 градусів на вулиці відсутність мікрохвильової печі, а також відсутність глибоких тарілок і взагалі мало столових приборів.

Очень отзывчивый персонал, отвечают на любые вопросы и готовы в любой момент пойти навстречу. Удобное месторасположение в центре города. Очень хорошая и приятная постель и идеально стерильный санузел. Не понравилось то, что не глядя на то, что я заехал вечером, хотя оплачивал за полные 2 суток, меня неоднократно спрашивали во сколько я буду выезжать, тем самым как будто подгоняли меня, хотя сразу сказали что освободить нужно в 12. Кроме того горничная пришла в 11 45 и услышав что мне нужно еще 10 минут неприветливо сказал что это долго и надо быстрее собираться, потому что уже следующий заезд. Я человек обязательный и пунктуальный, подгонять меня не нужно.

the location and price of the apartment with ease of booking. highly recomended internet code was wrong , and not secure was open site, would have liked to see some salt and pepper, also washing machine needs looking at.

To be able to make laud noises! We had several partyes and we played a lot of very laud music but nobody complained about anyting! There are other peapol living in the building but nobody never complained about anyting! Location, its very close to metro station and other things Services, we messed up the place a lot, but the cleaning lady did not complayn she did a great job! the equiptment in the kitchen was lausy, the oven did not work and it tog 4 days for them to fix it, even thow we calld to complayn about it many times every day! There are not enofh equiptment in the kichen! Not enofh plats, glass, cup, and so on, there are a lot of stuf missing in the kitchen, which makes it very hard to make good food! And Kiev is a very ekspensive citty to eat, so its was important for us to be abel to make our oven food in the kitchen!

Everything (metro, bus stop, museums, restaurants, shops) is very close to the appartment.
App is very clean and full of light ))
A great + is transfer from the airport and back. There was a problem with wi fi, but only one day

Уютная квартира, отличное место расположение, наличие: кофе, чай, тапочки и др. предметы гигиены.
Плазменные тв в обеих комнатах, правда в спальне уж совсем крохотный)) Окна выходят на центральную улицу, соответственно шум есть. Отсутствие стационарной горячей воды, маленький бойлер не спасал ситуацию. Ванная в целом уютная но само джакузи уж давно подверженно износилось и как-то выглядит не гигиенично. Что-то с душевм шлангом, как-то странно он втягивется и вытягивается, вода в ванной не особо хорошо сходит.
В гостинной не могли настроить ТВ, но думаю при обращении на рецепшн вопрос был бы решен (нам было лень заморачиваться))).
Но все остальное вполне компенсирует приведенные недостатки. Квартира в целом хорошая, чистая и уютная.

Все прекрасно. Квартира оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото. Несмотря на то, что расположена в центре, в квартире было тихо. Никаких проблем с горячим водоснабжением, электричеством и прочим. Некоторые трудности с парковкой. И еще у нас был ранний выезд, ключи обещали забрать в 8 утра, но так никто и не пришел. Пришлось звонить и договариваться о том, что ключи оставим внутри, так как ждать времени не было.

Не работало спутниковое телевидение, либо работало пару минуту, потом потеря сигнала. Были там 4 дня, и даже 10 минут не получилось посмотреть что-то, хотя телевизор красивый)) вот только толку мало!

Problem with internet and tv
It was cold - then we got extra radiator
It is noisy( You can hear everything from other rooms, well they hear you too)
No kitchen ( just a microwave)
It is not an apartment, but a hotel.

Clean apt with good design. Few English speaking channels on TV. Internet (WiFi) was not working; it was shown on the list, but impossible to connect!
Airconditioning was good daytime, but in late-evening & night the flat was hot despite aircondition was on & desired temprature 18; seemed as the air coming out of aircondition was not cold at all!

Сервис уровня хорошего отеля, заселение было только с 13-00 но нам предложили оставить вещи в офисе до этого времени, в квартиру отвезли на машине, в квартире чистые постельное белье и полотенца, сама квартира была хорошо убрана и вычищена к нашему приезду, на кухне есть практически всё что нужно для готовки, плита электрическая (не газовая), утюг и гладильная доска в порядке, кондиционер даже не понадобился, было очень тепло (декабрь месяц). WiFi интернет нареканий не вызвал. Душ с подсветкой, ванна большая, удобная. Был слабый запах хлорки от постельного белья, нету микроволновки, нету крепления для душа на стене (приходится держать в руке).

Очень уютная комнатка. Чисто, красивое освешение. Отличное расположение. Порадовало наличие очищенной воды. Верхний душ плохо работает, всё разбрызгивается в разные стороны, поэтому мы им не пользовались. Нижний душ работает нормально.
И еще нет никакой инструкции, как включить стиральную машину. Непонятно, как она работает. Мы потратили пол часа, пока её включили.

1. очень удобно, что встретили на вокзале. 2. теплый пол в ванной. 3. гладилка и куллер с очищенной водой. 4. отменный матрац и хорошее постельное. 5 самое центровое месторасположение! 1. менеджеры после поселения не отвечают на звонки (набирала не меньше пяти раз), позвонила с другого номера - сразу сняли трубку. 2. ужасный смеситель в ванной; 3. горничная в 12:06 без стука вошла в номер, 4. много пыли в тумбе, где находится холодильник.

Всё отлично, просто супер! Всё соответствовало заявленным на сайте условиям. Место очень удобное - до Крещатика 5-7 минут пешком. Рядом круглосуточный магазин, достаточно близко два ресторана "Пузата Хата", до метро Олимпийская те же 5 минут ходу. В квартире все работало, интернет 2 мб/с входящая, 0.5 мб/с исходящая. Все было чисто убрано, белье, полотенца, тапочки - все было. В целом - твердая пятерка! 1) После тотального выключения электроэнергии (продолжалось оно недолго) не получилось вернуть кондиционер в режим охлаждения - пульт, похоже, не работал (по крайней мере дисплей не горел и сам кондер ни на какие нажатия кнопок на пульте не реагировал), а на самом кондиционере никаких кнопок упавления нет - так до конца отдыха и гонял воздух в режиме вентилятора.
2) Сломан замок в двери с лифтовой площадки в общий тамбур. На самой двери намотан пакет, чтобы не захлопнулась - но у меня ее захлопнуть получилось даже с пакетом - к счастью, жена была в тот момент в квартире - изнутри открыть можно - снаружи - нет.

Очень чисто, достаточно просторно, место в самом центре. А девушки в офисе- выше всяких похвал. Они сформировали самое хорошее впечатление от Киева) Исходя из фото не было понятно, что кухня находится в одной из комнат. В принципе для нас это не было так уж важно, но для длительного пребывания , наверное не так удобно.

Понравилось все !Чистая уютная комната ,квартирой к сожалению назвать не могу. Ощущение что картонные стены ,слышно было жильцов из соседнего номера !Минус еще того что это одна квартира ,а комнаты в ней разделены на номера ,получается сняли не квартиру ,а номер (((

Багато світла, приємні для ока кольори. Маьуть ті хто викладав кахли (дріьні клітинки) у ванній витратили на це понад місяць, але результат того вартий. Надпотужна мікрохвильовка Electrolux. Душ протікав, може тому, що "Hansgrohe" не є "Grohe".

Отличное месторасположение относительно исторического центра Киева. Новый многоэтажный дом, чистый под'езд. Рядом ресторан "Вареничная N1" на пересечении ул. Эспланадной и Саксаганского с прекрасной украинской кухней.
Слишком спартанский антураж квартиры, делающей ее крайне похожей на стандартный гостиничный номер, недостаточно нормальная звукоизоляция, нерассчитанная на проживание в соседних квартирах громкоговорящих людей, людей с маленькими детьми, неустойчиво работающий прием каналов спутникового телевидения.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn,
die Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen auch der Service war gut.
Leider fehlt in der Wohnung ein Herd so dass man auch etwas kochen kann.
Aber dass stand bestimmt in der Beschreibung und ich habe darauf nicht geachtet.

The apartment was so clean,tidy and the furnitures were almost brand new.It was very comfortable apartment.The location was in the city center and was safe. There were only couple channels available and there was no english language channels available.
A group of people who stayed at the next flat have smoked and drank alcohol at the corridor and made noise all night till morning. I could not sleep that night because of their noise. I suggest smoking and drinking shall be prohibited at the corridor.

Очень понравилось огромное окно во всю стену. Было бы хорошо отделить зону окна от гостинной раздвижной дверью, или шторой. Были немного огорчены отсутствием мыла, но обошлись гелем для душа

Идеальный во всех отношениях вариант. Особенно для тех, чья поездка носит активный характер. Современно, в центре города, рядом всё необходимое - от транспорта до круглосуточного продуктового гипермаркета. Очень свежий ремонт. И мебель. Вид из панорамного окна - ....................! Одни эмоции. Положительные) Очень комфортная ванная комната, удобная спальня, грамотно обустроенный холл (включает в себя кухонное пространство, зону отдыха и своеобразную застеклённую террасу). Что важно, при панорамных окнах, в квартире очень тепло! Даже жарко). Ресепшн, кстати, в этом же подъезде. Удобно. Словом, советуем от души. P.S. Крючочек в ванной комнате не помешал бы. Ну, это так - замечание, "высосанное из пальца". Надо же было что-то написать :)

Это отличное место, чтобы провести пару ночей в городе. Тут нет кухни и кухонных принадлежностей, но нам они и не понадобились, рядом все мыслимые и немыслимые заведения на любой вкус и кошелек. Потрясающий дизайн, все очень новое, чистое, аккуратное. Великолепный сервис - создается впечатление, что ты самый дорогой гость и именно нас ждали всю жизнь :). В общем эмоции сложились максимально приятные. Более того у них отличная система скидок зимой, так что одни плюсы и радость.

Everything was great! У входной двери не помешает резиновый коврик для обуви. Зимой снег по любому остается на подошве и постепенно тает, пока обувь стоит у порога. Для ламинада постоянная влажность не желательна и может привести к вздутию уже к концу зимы.

Great location, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, convenient and fast check-in/check-out procedures Certain things were missing that would otherwise make our stay even greater: wine openner (the one provided was broken), hairdryer (!!!), microwave oven. The furniture is a bit old.

Ехал в Киев на а\м. Менеджер Елена звонила и интересовалась. Проблем при поселении не было. Хорошая квартира. Отличная безопасность. Удобное место-близко от центра, очень спокойно. Т.к. заехали в выходной, парковщики не беспокоили всю неделю, хотя центр города.

Good location, nice apartment, reliable and fast internet, comfortable and good air conditioning. Unless I missed where they were stored, no cutlery at all. Plates, cups etc. there but no knives, forks and spoons.

The colors, location, silence, lights! There are no little hangers on walls in the bathroom to attach the towels! It would be very good, usefull and practice to put 1 or 2 hanger on the wall! PS: in ALL apartments.
It's just a little advice and things to do, but they are important :)
PS: Just as a good and positive advice for managers, it would be nice, kind and graceful to put a bottle of water in the kitchen, for an easy-start-ready refreshment at the arrival of the guests at the apartments :)... a little particular, that will make the difference, and will remark the professionality of your good Agency!
It's not a complain, or criticism, it's just a positive advice for you, to make the difference between your and others agencies!

Квартира идеально сойдет для проживания в одиночку. Так же, квартира подойдет тем парам, которые собираются в ней только спать и хранить вещи. При этом кухня предусмотрительно функциональна. Учитывая трафик в Киеве, это очень хорошо, что окна квартиры смотрят в тихий двор. У квартиры прекрасная аура.

Интерьер квартиры очень понравился! Месторасположение - прекрасное: окна выходят во двор - тишина и спокойствие ) Шторы в квартире белые с черным кантом. На белой части штор в дневное время видны пятна размером с хорошую руку. Пятен таких на всех шторах штук десять - точно. В вечернее время это не бросается в глаза, но днем заметно и это не приятно. Тумбочка под ТВ - без одного колесика. На кухне, на одном из шкафов не хватает ручки. В плафонах на стене много пыли и жучков. Диван кожаный имеет белые пуговицы и в них тоже было немного пыли. В принципе, квартира мне очень понравилась благодаря своему интерьеру и расположению, если учесть все замечания указанные выше - о квартире можно было бы отозваться, как "выше всяких похвал", учитывая стоимость проживания ) но шторы с пятнами, согласитесь, очень неприятный момент.

j'ai aimé le design de l'appartement , le quartier ou est situé l'appartement est sympa ( arena , baseina ... ) le lit est trop basique, il serai meilleurs de mettre un gros lit bien épais et confortable. il n'y a pas de four .

Good arranged.Quite comfortable.Nice interieur.Close to the center. Not possible with little children.Pieces of dust behin the TV,under the bed was totally never cleaned:dust,packages from condoms...No normal curtain in the bedroom.Difficult to sleep from light and noise from the street.

Расположение отличное, вид из окна шикарный. Плохая уборка квартиры, слой пыли и грязная посуда при заезде. Наличие всего одного полотенца на человека за весь заезд (5 дней). За 5 дней не было ни одной уборки.

Комфортная квартира с хорошо продуманным дизайном! Лучший выбор для индивидуальных путешествий или романтичных выходных! С окна красивый вид на главную улицу страны, совсем рядом невероятное количество разного рода кафе и ресторанов, кинотеатры, музеи, памятники и парки. Особенные впечатления от прозрачной ванной комнаты. Только не убирайте эту стеклянную перегородку: это ведь так забавно потом искать по всему интернету фото с собой на унитазе!))
Отдельное спасибо менеджерам dobovo за их оперативность в поиске жилья и готовность предоставить самые разные варианты апартаментов!

Огорчил неисправный штопор,так как еще и в добавок поломан лифт,пришлось спускаться искать его...И было бы не плохо придумать какую то шторку вдоль стеклянной стены ванной комнаты,на случай особо интимных моментов!))) а так все супер! Спасибо!

the apartment was new and felt very clean. location was very good its on Khreschatyk Street The apartment had a toilet wall made of clear glass? what were you thinking? Although I love my partner, I don't particularly want to see him/her going to the toilet. It is very undignified. This apartment meant for one person but not for adult couple.

Было бы лучше, если бы меня заранее (ещё перед внесением предоплаты) предупредили, что мне надо будет приехать за ключом в офис и привезти потом его обратно, т.к. я на это не рассчитывала сначала, и создались некоторые накладки и сложности, как для меня, так и для вашего персонала.

Квартира оригинального дизайна. Удивила мужа. Чистая, уютная квартира в центре. Недостаток один - отсутствие парковки. Если будет решена эта проблема - наша семья ее постоянный гость.

Все отлично, на самом деле! Буду рекомендовать и уже рекомендую Не очень понял, входит ли уборка в стоимость, но если нет, то хотя бы рулон туалетной бумаги дополнительную было бы неплохо оставить в номере=)

Очень уютная и светлая квартира, в самом центре города 1. Не понравились платыне парковки около дома, 10 гривен за час, и если учесть что машина может стоять полдня около дома, то выходит приничная сумма. Надо отметить, что персонал ничего не сказал о наличии ПЛАТНЫХ парковок.
2. Рядом с домом есть церков, что в принципе не плохо, но когда идет урення служба, то колокольный звон и песнопения будят тебя часов в 8-9.

Понравилась чистотое состояние квартиры, наличие чайника, чая, гладильной доски. Не понравилось, что сигаретный дым из соседней квартиры (47.2) тянул через щель под входной дверью настолько сильно, что всю ночь пришлось спать с открытым балконом.

Квартира светлая, современно оформлена. Качество квартиры соответствовало нашим требованиям. Диван удобен для сна, кровать тоже. Чистая уборка, просторный санузел. Отсутствие кондиционера в спальне( две ночи были бессонные из-за жары- вентилятор не спас). Проблема с парковой у под'езда. Хорошо бы, если вы бы на сайте раз'ясняли, как вести себя с парковщиками.

Квартира чистая с отличным ремонтом, единственное отдыхали вчетвером, но нам не сообщили заранее, что 1 из комнат без двери, это вызвало не большой дискомфорт. Если бы данную квартиру снимали не 2 семейные пары, то квартира была бы просто замечательная. Расположение в самом центре города, все находится достаточно близко.

несколько мелочей - зная что нас трое и на три дня можно было положить по 9 гель-душей, шампуней, мыло, чая, обязательно сахара, он не нужен кило из магазина как это покупали мы, туалетной бумаги не третью часть рулона, а хотя бы рулон! И губку для посуды!!! мыть посуду маленьким полотенчиком крайне не удобно! а в остальном вы умнички и профи, молодцы! мы решили, что будем останавливаться только у вас

Central location, close to shops and other amenities. Good interior decoration and furniture. Cleaning staff very helpful. Apartment seems to have been fitted out for tall people! Towel rail in toilet, built-in microware in cupboards above kitchen worktop, not easily accessible (a shorter person will need a chair to stand on).
Not that it matters, but apartment is located on 4th floor, and not the 11th floor as indicated on dobovo.com

Modern style is very pleasant. Good bed and tv set. Appartment is too noisy. A curtain in the bathroom should be better to avoid whater projection. A gaz or electrical cooking place is missing, the electrical oven is not enought.

Nice central location, modern interior design, enough space for 1-2 pers., very nice view! Helpful staff! It is a lit bit noisy, because of the location :-)
The glass wall between the kitchen and the bathroom is modern but at the same time very unusual and not always practical :-) (a curtain would help)

Прекрасный вид на Крещатик и на город. 20 шагов до метро. Стильный дизайн. На Крещатике очень шумно. До самой ночи невозможно открыть окна, но есть прекрасный кондиционер и это спасает.

The apartment was clean and location was convenient. Service was bad and i will never use the partner guest house (PGH) company again.
1. There was no daily cleaning as was promised on the websight and at reception (only once every 4 nights).
2. Unlike on the picture there was no coffee table and I had to feed my seek child on the floor. Even though PGH has a lot of various apartments around Kiev, I was told that they can not provide me with another table.
3. My son has developed dreadful allergy while sleeping on the provided linen. PGH did rinse it and change it once I complained. The allergy went away.
4. The fabric on the red sofa was very used and "abused" (very far from the picture). It did not look even hygienic to me.
5. The doorway was dirty, without light at night and very inconvenient for prams.
6. You have to pay upfront for the apartments, before actually seeing it. I personally did not like it.
7. Finally, the staff of PGH didn't try to meet our needs (they knew that I was staying with a little child for the medical reasons). They struggle hard to give us the promised discount on arrival. However, we still had to pay 100 (Hryvnia) for late check out, even though we stayed 45 min longer. As per a member of staff, "we had to appreciate that we could have been charged for the half night stay".

Оставливаюсь в этой квартире 2 раз. Прекрасная квартира для 1-2 человек, все есть, место расположение отличное, окна во двор, если нужно припарковать машину. Всегда читса и все принадлежности есть! Особенная благодарность, Ане из GuestHouse, все обьяснила, очень помогла, прекрасный и очень внимательный сотрудник!!! Очень было бы не плохо, если бы хоть раз убрали на балконе, а также на 2 день прибывания пропал wifi. И нет света на лестничной площадке.

The location is very good.
The bad is good and convenient.
Stable internet connection.
Enough space in the room.
There was a smoking smell in the room. Could be better ventilated when cleaning.
There is no place to put or hang the towels in the bathroom. At least a hook would be great.
The refrigerator was dirty and smelled very bad.
Some detergent/soap to clean the dishes would also be great.
I can recommend the apartment to my friends if these are corrected, which is very easy to do.

Неплохая квартира, её максимальная цена 70-75$ дороже она не выглядит и не стоит. Но вполне чисто, ремонт более менее современный. Очень хорошое место расположение, близко к многим рестораном и клубам, стадиону, а так же к центру. Есть небольшой балкон, для тех кто курит. Идеально для тех кто на машине, есть дворик, где всегда было место для машины, и окна выходят также во двор. Ключи нужно забирать самостоятельно на Бассейной, это далекова-то от квартиры, без машины добраться не возможно. Неприятный персонал, навстречу не иду, желания ускорить процесс, нет. Требовали 2 разных документа, для регистрации и аренды квартиры.
Больше квартиру у partnerguesthouse, арендовать не буду.
Также в ванной нет шторки, и вся вода при пользовании душем, приходится изошряться чтобы много воды не оказалось на полу.

Диван дуже старий, зношений, потребує заміни; столик, що на фотографії - відсутній; на балконі зовсім не прибрано (пил та бруд на стільчиках та столику); недостатньо посуду (немає бокалів для вина, лише три кавові чашки тощо); у ванній кімнаті протікав котел, відпадали вішалки для полотенець, стінка ванни; вішалки в шкафу потрібно замінити на кращі.

чистое постельное белье (белоснежное)
отличные полотенца, в том числе и для ног
все необходимое есть - телефизор, телефон, отличный инет, музыка, кондей, утюг и тд
понравилось очень быстрая реакция на замену выходящего из строя фена - принесли новый!
окна выходят во двор, поэтоьму шума с улицы не слышно
во дворе есть небольшая парковка для авто...всегда находили себе место
есть балкон, где курящие могут проводить время с сигареткой
несколько смутил диван - на фото он выглядит новым - сейчас сильно поюзанный...
ночью, когла пришли с прогулки в коридоре под обувью обнаружили двух огромных тараканов - но думаю они заблудшие - так как больше не встречали вообще....
в квартире периодически курят..поэтому стены пропитались дымом - приходилось много проветривать и вроде бы не пахло (я не курю - поэтому к этому отношусь строго)

The location was good, within an easy access to the city centre - theatres, restaurants, Metro.
The Dobovo.com is a convenient website. I liked the text that was brief and helpful, smooth money transaction.
The apartment was not quite what I expected. It was often very noisy due to thin walls and no sound insulation, I could hear the water taps running, the doors opeing-closing, washing machine working in the neighboring apartment, the elevator moving (when it was working).
The elevator was not functioning for 4 days of my staying there out of 9 all together - and it was the 5th floor to climb to!
The apartment was supposed to be cleaned every 4 days but it was not the case, the website though promised daily cleaning! The maid was booked for Saturday 12th but the flat was cleaned only once on Monday the 14th! The curtains were badly stained, the bed-sheet had a big hole on it. The crimson sofa and cushions cover was missing (see the advert's picture), but instead sofa was covered with bed-sheet! When I complained to customer care on 10/11/11, on the next day of my arrival I was assured it the covers were at dry-cleaners' and would be returned ASAP but that did not happen! The coffee table in the lounge area was dusty underneath. The TV/VOLYA Cable was not working, which was not fixed after the maid tried to contact the company. I managed to get the cable TV working on Monday - my 6th day of staying! The regulation is to have 6 coat-hangers per person, in the flat accommodating 2 people there were not enough of them, and what was there was an appalling mismatch.
Finally, the apartment key's magnet part was broken and fixed together with Sellotape! Unbelievable - I had to buy my own super-glue to mend it?!
The staff, the driver were polite and courteous though. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to see Kiev again after almost 4 years away. I was happy with the website - its photos, information, customer friendly use. I hope my comments will be taken into account and the service improved. Many thanks.

The apartments were all clean, very well decorated, and the location is simply perfect. There were a few issues with the rooms. Firstly, each room within the property has it's only card lock door. This caused us issues twice (locked ourselves out and needed to get another card).
Also, in the 432, there's no blind on the bathroom window, this means the room gets bright when the sun rises.

Чисто, свежие полотенца, неплохая ванная. Квартира очень маленькая, фото не отражают действительные размеры квартиры. За эту цену можно снять прмерно в этом же районе полноценную однушку или даже двушку. Это студия, не очень комфортабельная и не соотвествует заявленной цене.

Квартира чистая и комфортная. Для меня важнее всего наличие гостиничного сервиса - т.е. Чистейшее постельное белье, полотенца, одноразовые тапочки, белая туалетная бумага. Спасибо за сервис. При поселении в офисе, приветливый персонал и минимум документов для заполнения. Будем обращаться вновь.

It's a lovely apartment with all necessities you may require for short period of stay in Kiev. Good location in the very heart of Kiev with easy access to all directions. Since temperatures were dropping way bellow -10 I greatly appreciated the constant warmth of this apartment no matter of what time of the day or night. Quite place, lovely design, cozy and handy location. WI-FI works well, countless number of TV channels with quite a few English channels I found really positive. In most places I have ever stayed all you could get were countless number of Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian channels.
Unfortunately if you think of filling your spa bath and utilizing its features it will not happen as the boiler tank above has not capacity to deliver. It is too small to fill the bath with hot water to its design and purpose.
But all in all I had a wonderful stay in that apartment and will return with great pleasure anytime. Highly recommended.:)

Квартира отличная, чистая, есть все для комфортного и уютного проживания: бытовая техника, в том числе фен, утюг, чайник,кабельное ТВ, интернет, необходимая посуда. Недалеко от метро и кафе. Все очень понравилось.
Спасибо большое. Недостатков нет.
Возможно пожелание- сопровождение до квартиры с места ресепшен, поскольку тому кто первый раз в городе сложновато сориентироваться.

Удобное месторасположение, современный дизайн, свежий ремонт. Налиие всего необходимого для комфортного проиживания. Нестабильный Интернет, грязный подъезд. Хотелось бы замену полотенец или наличие второго комплекта в квартире.

Очень удобное месторасположения. Квартира полностью оборудована б.т. Цена соответствует качеству. Тепло и уютно. Не понравился способ предоплаты и регистрации. Надо с чемоданами тащится в офис для регистрации, а потом на квартиру..а если квартира не подходит (не убрана, что-то поломано и т.п.), тогда что?

Location and rooms very good Had to complain as we stayed 5 nights yet there was to be no changing of bed /towels or cleaning of apartment until last day!!
No explaining as to how air con worked
on arrival I had arranged car transfer and had to walk almost half a mile with suitcase as car could not stop near apartment!

The apartment had a very very nice interior design. The furniture and kitchenette were very nice and matched the consistent apartment style. The hot water supply was not sufficient to support the use of the jaccuzzi bathtub. There was enough hot water to fill about the half of the tub. After that the hot water supply would run out and the new supply of hot water would not be available for 1-2 extra hours.

Все устроило в квартире. С трансфером из аэропорта Борисполь не понял.
У выхода встретили с опозданием.
Машина была грязная, как снаружи так и изнутри.
Пока стояли ждали водителя в аэропорту предлагали довезти в центр к квартире за 170 грн. а "встреча" стоила 280 грн
К квартире не относится, а к сервису напрямую.

Stayed only one night but the apartment was mostly clean,comfortable, warm (-15 outside). Excellent city centre location, only few minutes walk to Khreschatyk Street, close to bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, metro. Olympic stadium is practically on doorstep, ideal for Euro 2012 fans. The tv only had one working channel,,some of the kitchen cupboard door hinges were broken some furniture had dust and not cleaned.

В первую очередь, соотношение цена-качество, чистота, авторский дизайн. В виду своей профессиональной деятельности, была вынуждена часто останавливаться в съёмных квартира, но Ваши услуги и предложенное жильё меня приятно удивило и очень порадовало. Претензий и возражений нет

Location is great and security was good There were no mirrors, except bathroom. The dishes were too minimal and of not great quality. The stove was old and dirty.
The place could be noisy because of bar downstairs, may be worth warning.

Really a nice apartment - quiet, secure, centrally located, nice amenities. The staff spoke english and were very helpful. Overall, they provide excellent service. More towels would have been nice.

Es un apartamento muy acogedor y de diseño moderno, situado en el centro, en poco tiempo se puede ir a pie a la plaza de la independencia. Cerca hay todo lo que puede hacer falta, un supermercado, bancos, restaurantes.. la relacion calidad/precio es buena. Seguramente repetire apartamento en mi proxima visita a kiev, es recomendable. En general todo bien, pero un poco justo en lo que se refiere a los utensilios de cocina.. la nevera que es muy pequeña y al tener un estante roto se quedava con muy poca capacidad. Y a parte del ruido normal de los coches debido a que esta en una calle muy transitada, todo lo otro, nada que decir.
ahh olvidava el ascensor... por los ruidos que hace parece que se tiene que caer, pero por suerte no se cayo.

This is probably one of the best apartments I had stayed. It's clean. It's in the same building for assistance from staff. It's a good location in downtown easy to get around the city with all the sites close by. Needs Microwave, toaster would be nice.
Lousy internet connectivity. Tends to cut off from time to time. Check-in/Checking-out/cancellation process. I had an issue that when I checked in I didn't like having to wait 5 hours until 1300 when I got the keys to the apartment. When initially stayed 6 days I only stayed at the apartment for 2 days I was charged for 3 days.

пол с обогревом в ванной- очень удобно и все быстро высыхает телевизор не был настроен должным образом, не одна программа не работала.
стиральная машина есть, а порошка нет

Больше всего понравился вид на город из окна. В внутреннему оформлению квартиры претензий нет. Также, очень понравился пол с подогревом в ванной.
Не понравилось отсутствие плиты (в описании было сказано, что плита есть, а по факту - нет).
И что не было стирального порошка для стиральной машины. Ещё не помешало бы поставить в шкафчики хотя бы соль.

Местоположение, примерно 7 минут пешком медленным шагом, номер чистый, тапочки были, есть вся посуда удовлетворительный холодильник, для Киева видимо неплохая соотношение цена-качество В квартире ни разу не убирались, меняли только полотенца, это основная претензия

Good location; spacious apartment; comfortable bed; nice shower (very important for me). Lighting; completely non-functional scattered lights all over; no bed lamp for bed-time reading; no bed-table to place a cup or a book or an alarm clock.
TV did not function or too complicated for an amateur.
No chair!! Somewhere to put clothes when undressing.
No table to place a lap-top and do some office work if needed!!
Overall, the apartment is for someone who is not a travelling professional.
In bathroom: Nowhere to place a pouch with bath accessories (shaver, deos, etc).

Качество матрасов, постель ноги белья - как дома))) Добавьте на балконе столик со стульями и сделайте возможность закрыть (защелкнуть) двери балкона со стороны балкона.
Я заселился по акции (515грн), полная стоимость слишком высокая для такой квартиры. |
