Unique designer styled luxury renovation in orange colors combined with different designer's ideas such as a beautiful modern orange columns on the wall with internal lightings make this apartment exclusive among all the Kiev daily rentals.

There is a huge king-size bed, big comfortable sofa made of leather, big embedded wardrobe with huge mirror walls in the hall.

Fully equipped kitchen is separated from the room by the bar-table with modern bar-chairs and it amazes with it's hi-tech orange and dark-brown elements in the furniture. It has everything for cooking of your favorite meals.
There is a laundry washer embedded in one of kitchen sections.

The luxury modern bathroom made from modern mozaic tiles in harmonic colors has a Jacuzzi bath-tub, shower, wash-basin with a big mirror in front of it and a w.c.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking an apartment for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Проживання в центрі міста, зручне місце розташування

Квартира була погано прибрана, бігали таракани, обіцяти посуд якого майже не було, (був запит на бакали адміністрація говорила що вони в квартирі є пофакту їх не було) Телевізор не працює, скрізь пил, за облізлий диван я взагалі мовчу наповнювавач замість обшивки дивану, вана маленька та не зручна бойлера не хватає для того щоб набрати вану. Вся мебель зношена не закривається та не відкривається ( кухоні шафи та туби, шафа в коридорі яка не закривалась та випадала разом із зеркалом) вимикати світло не за графіком а просто, та не в микали поки не звонили на рецепцію, виявилось що проблеми в квартирі а не в будинку як нам говорили
