DISPONIBILITA'
A light, cozy apartment in the southern part of Odessa; it is situated
in the modern residential area. The flat is redecorated, there are
built-in closets and kitchen, and it is equipped with all necessary
household appliances, dishes and tableware. Bed linens and towels are
provided too.
Overall there are 6 sleeping berths in the flat. Cable TV and Internet
connection are provided as well as twenty-four-hour hot water (there
is a boiler). Also there are big fridge, microwave oven, electric
oven, electric kettle, iron and hairdryer. The balcony is glazed,
entrance door intercom is installed.
Close by there is the second largest market in Odessa - "Yuzhny
rynok", next to it there are shopping and entertainment center with
"Tavriya V" supermarket, Multiplex "Zolotoy Duke" and multitude of
banks and cash machines. Not far from the flat there is a large
park/memorial complex "411 battery".
There is an excellent road interchange in the district; fixed-run
taxis deliver their passengers to any part of Odessa. In the yard of
the house there are free and paid parking lots.
The apartment is situated not far from free city beaches. The city
beach "13th Station of Large Fountain" is situated in 2 km from the
apartment. This is a nice, clean beach that local community favors
over other overcrowded "beaches for tourists such as Arkadiya, etc.
In another words, it`s a great vacation in Odessa with comfortable
conditions provided.
For the more discerning travelers, we offer special airport and train
station pick-up/send off services.
