 The apartment was comfortable, stylish and well-furnished. Plenty of space for two people. The owners were very helpful....they even booked us a taxi for our return journey to the train station at 5.30 am!! Overall, a very lovely place to stay.  The location is slightly out of central Poltava, about fifteen minutes walk. The exterior of the apartment block is typically Ukrainian and can be dark at night, so take a torch! There is no elevator, and the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs.

Good dishwasher (I just had to find a shop to buy tablets for it ...). Nice styled bath and kitchen. Spacious living room. Normal bed. Soviet style door lock. Big, but defect TV and sound system (a smaller newer TV was placed in a corner where the aquarium was on the picture). No aquarium. AC defect. Leak from jacuzzi. The apartment is on the third floor (not on the second). Squeeky floor.

Fantastic location close to probably the best blynni shop in Poltava and the rynok, where you can find anything you wish to cook in the fully furnished kitchen.
A fine host, and quirky, but very friendly neighbors will make your stay in this great little city both safe and memorable.

I had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and well kept. At night quiet and a place where I could get a good nights sleep. For the value I would recommend this apartment. I will definitely stay here upon my return to Poltava.

В целом квартира хорошая.Большая,чистая с ремонтом,хозяйка Светлана отзывчивая приятная женщина.Нам разрешили остановиться с собачкой,спасибо огромное за это. Если бы была без детей,то не обратила бы внимание на маленькие неудобства.Кондиционер только в одной комнате,нет балкона где можно было сушить вещи после стирки.
В любом случае,квартиру могу порекомендовать,так как плюсов гораздо больше!
Понравилось Ваше агенство,всё оперативно,четко!

This is a great apartment and has good locality; shops withing walking distance (2min) it is not too far from the city centre either. The apartment is situated adjacent to a main road where you can catch various buses to the centre. There is nothing bad to say about the apartment itslef it is exactly how it is portrayed online.

It was a big apparment and more than good enough for our family!
When we had a problem we give a call to the owner en she fixed everything! That the owner can make another price than what it is on Roomba.
I understand that the prices will gowing up on the EURO 2012 but i reckon its more fair to do this on the website (Roomba) and not later whit an email!

We stayed at this apartment while in Poltava, it was extremely plush and comfy. It was only a small walk to the centre and had lovely restaurants. The lady that set it all up Svetlana, was extremely helpful and also organized a taxi for us from Kiev. We were 100% satisifed with the service and the comfort of the apartment. If I was going back to Poltava, I would stay here again. It looks the same if not better than the photos online. The one thing that could do with improvement is the hall lighting and the outside lights, over the entrance door.
