Skills / Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong English skills – reading / TECHNICAL writing / translating (upper-intermediate level)
- General understanding of software development, it’s lifecycle and agile development methodology
- Experienced internet user
- High level of IT literacy
- Experience of user manuals development
Personal Requirements:
- Self-organized, ability to work under minimum control
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Strong logical thinking, fast-learner
- Ability to create detailed, strong and professional-looking manuals
- Communicate with developers effectively, ask right questions and understand software functionality quickly
Languages and tools requirements:
- Microsoft Word – advanced level
- Microsoft Visio (not required, but is a plus)
- Adobe Photoshop (at least basic level)
- Adobe PageMaker, Adobe FrameMaker, QuarkXpress (not required, but is a plus).
- HTML / HTML help developing tools (not required, but is a big plus)
- You should also be able to provide examples of documentation in English

- Developing user manuals and functionality descriptions
- Communicating with developers
- Project Scope Analysis
- Translating technical and administrative documents / texts
