The apartment was clean and had all the basic requirements. It was quiet, which for such a city centre location, was pleasant. The location is excellent. I would definitely consider staying there again, the fifth floor notwithstanding. The only problem is finding a supermarket worthy of the name but that is a general problem in the Ukraine in city centre locations. (Odessa and Kharkov suffer from the same problem). It is an old building so the absence of a lift is understandable if inconvenient. As the apartment is on the fifth floor, visitors have no need of a gym facility.

location is great.
wifi was very fast. Maybe adding a password for security would be even better.
Good amenities in the flat. I like having tea and sugar, but there was no coffee. Would be a good addition.
There are blinds as well as curtains in the lounge, but no blinds in the bedroom/
Adding blinds would be good to get the room darker at night.

the cleanliness and brightness of the room, the balcony and views he only thing was the stairway up - there was a long way to carry our things, also the stairway area looked dirty and dingy, although I know this isn't part of the apartment itself

В общем я остался очень доволен, мы были с товарищем по работе. Очень удобное расположение(центр), наш дом находится за театром Оперы(очень жалко не успели посетить), но очень тихо. Внизу кафе, гастроном. В квартире чисто, бельё свежее, и даже один раз меняли. Я бы остановился ещё раз летом с семьёй, если бы сделали скидку. Бронирование тоже очень удобно, быстро. И важно, чтобы то, что видишь на фото, совпадало с действительностью(в нашем случае всё было нормально). Я оплачивал через ВЕБ-МАНЕЙ. Спасибо персоналу Добово.

Расположение квартиры - замечательное,центр рядом, до любого места можно добраться пешком. В общем и целом все отлично! Не очень удобные спальные места в гостинной и диван и кресла.

Очень удобное расположение в центре города. Квартира - чистая, все необходимое - присутствует. Не критично, но ложкой дегтя было:
- сломанный офисный стул (навернулся, было больно)
- так и не заработал wifi
- отсутствие парковки (мы были в праздники, поэтому проблемы особой не было, но в будни найти место для авто не так просто, это при том, что во дворе парковочные места есть)

Месторасположение у квартиры идеальное. Центр, а шума и гама нет. Комод классный :) Хочу порекомендовать хозяевам завести одноразовые тапочки, а то не все со своими ездят.

Понравилось местоположение - очень удобное и красивое - центр города, но очень тихо и уютно.
Чистая квартира, ничего лишнего. Не работала духовка, но это такой пустяк =)

Понравилась чисто белая постель как в гостинице и количество чистых упакованных в пакетике белых полотенец их было около 8 -10. Также понравилось расположение квартиры. 2 огромные двухспальные кровати очень радовали. Английская пунктуальность и доброжелательность хозяйки. По всему было видно что хозяйка все знает и делает для удобства своих гостей. Ни одной претензии! Все изумительно. Можно было местами покрасить потолок, но если честно, то было столько плюсов, что пятнышко на потолке мало влияло на общее настроение.

Понравилось месторасположение, тихо, уютно, чисто, оригинальный интерьер, от центра 15 минут. надо поменять перегоревшие лампочки, ручку в спальне...
трансфер при выезде оказался забытым... машину вызывали вновь.

- transport from and to the airport
- nice design
- close to Baseina street
- across the street a supermarket - bath plug didn't work
- Wifi could be better

Central location. Two metro stations on different lines nearby. Good car service. Good explanation about TV and satellite reception workings. Very clean. Some parts of the apartment have a bit of a plastic "feel". A few loose tiles and a loose fosset in the bathroom. Entrance hall stairway has shabby look.

Квартира соответствует описанию полностью и стоит своих денег. Чистое постельное белье, достаточно чистых полотенец. В кухне работающий холодильник, чайник, пакетики чая, сахар. Плитой мы не пользовались. Продуктовый магазин напротив дома. До Крещатика спускаться ровно 2 минуты. По Владимирской от Софии дошли за 5 - 7 минут. Совсем рядом Золотые ворота. На самой Прорезной много милых демократичных и не очень ресторанов и кафе. Изначально представлялось, что в квартире 6-8 спальных мест. На деле 2 очень удобные двухспальные кровати, еще 2 раскладных кресла и раскладной диван. Вот с ними проблема. В разложенном виде у них проваливается и изголовье, и ножная часть. На ночь пришлось под ноги и изголовье подкладывать чемодан и диванные подушки.
Окна ванной комнаты выходят на окна другого дома, расстояние - около 10-15 м. Окно большое. Жалюзи есть. Но явно сломаны давно и застряли на середине окна. Забавно. Owner official answer

При поселении, как правило, проводится экскурс по квартире и объясняется где что лежит и как чем пользоваться, но на это мало обращают внимание, особенно если заезжает компания.
Конструкция дивана и кресел такова, что необходимо расстегнуть молнию с задней стороны чехла и вытащить дополнительные ножки в ногах и изголовье.
При любых затруднениях необходимо перезвонить менеджеру, который вас встречал на квартире и он поможет решить все проблемы связанные с квартирой.

Нам понравилось абсолютно все. Если мы еще соберемся в Киев, то обязательно остановимся в этой квартире. Большое спасибо! Никаких неудобств не было.

Design is cool but the conditions are weak. The multiple way to shutdown the lights is a bright idea. Location was really good. It was fully equipped: washing machine, kitchen, fridge... Wi-Fi was decent. The bathroom floor is in bad shape. Water goes inside. The windows are never cleaned. The TV doesn't work properly. No towel for the kitchen. They can put some shower gel in bath room because we can't take some in a flight. Owner official answer
In the bathroom was made capital repairs with changed bathtub and equipments and now everything is functioning properly.

Очень понравилась как сама квартира, так и качество работы агентства
- очень удобное расположение в самом центре Старого Киева - все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, станция метро находится рядом; также не было проблем с питанием - рядом большое количество магазинов и недорогих кафе;
- квартира небольшая, но с удачной планировкой, в которой комфортно смогли жить 4 взрослых человека - 1 спальня, 1 небольшая комната-кабинет, гостиная, совмещенная с кухней, большая ванная комната;
- свежий ремонт, вся необходимая техника, посуда, мебель, постельное белье и полотенца, WiFi, горячая/холодная вода, холодильник, небольшая печь и т.д.
- никаких заморочек с бронированием - оплатили депозит, написали письмо агентству -и в назначенное время нас встречали. - дом старой постройки, в нем нет лифта - для кого-то может быть проблемой подниматься\спускаться пешком с 5го этажа;
- в кабинете кресло-кровать на момент нашего приезда было сломано, поэтому пришлось чинить подручными средствами.
Других недостатков в квартире нет)

Very clean apartment that was well decorated. Had all the necessary cooking items and everything in working condition. Great internet connection and TV had many channels. We felt very much at home in this apartment. The only item I would have liked to see was an elevator :)

Location is good. Apartment had all amenities as advertised. Clean linens, comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Owners provided additional heater to warm up the place. The curtains and carpeting could use some good cleaning. The couch should be replaced in foreseeable future. The lighting fixtures in the living room did not produce sufficient light.

We had stayed here before. As the last time it was nice and warm. Also a good position and availability of English-speaking TV stations. The kitchen is generally well-equipped. The DVD/CD player was not working properly. Could not play DVDs or CDs [ the owner tried to say that my CDs were not formatted properly - but we all know that ALL CDs have the same "format" [ and we were able to play them during our last visit ] The man owner didn't seem to care about this problem. He was very uncourteous. He didn't even look at me, never mind say "Hello" or another greeting. Also, although we told Lisa our expected arrival time and we arrived exactly at that time, when we arrive the cleaner was only just starting to prepare the apartment. There was only one bath towel [for 2 people], no salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also the bed still moves away from the wall while we are sat up in bed. We will not be revisiting this apartment.

The manager and driver were really nice and helpful, and the apartment was very clean, well-located, and had almost everything needed. The center supports on the bed were broken and the mattress very thin; it was uncomfortable as a result. Also, there were no matches or lighter provided to lite the gas stove, and no basic condiments like salt or sugar.
