 The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for those wishing to explore Sovietskaya Street. Mike was very helpful although his English is rudimentary. Altogether a great experience!  The huge bath tub makes access to the tiny sink in the corner very difficult. If you have any girth you will want to consider this strongly as it requires a careful balancing act to fit in the corner. Even though it is a 1st floor apartment there are two flights of stairs to negotitate and no elevator.

Staff was very very good, they kept in contact! Internet and cell phone. Always answered phone, even late at night at 2am! They stayed in contact with me from time I left Odessa through bus station in Nikolaev, they told taxi driver where to take me. Apartment is small, but more than enough for short visit for 1 or 2 people. Very clean and safe. They hooked up my laptop at check in time. Good connection, not slow.
Hint: write down apartment phone number before leaving home. Upon arrival to Ukraine get a cell phone right away (they are everywhere). Samsung very cheap, get 50 uah in minutes, and use "Life" operator - it is most popular and free between life members.
Will cost you in total about 50-60 USD. Call apartment agency right away - they will guide you through any problems worry free.
If you are a real rookie to Ukraine, they offer a driver to meet you at the airport, driver will take you right to apartment even in another city. If you decide to use a driver, they will send you photo of car you will use - very good service. 1. Very loud and noisy - hard to sleep. Outside door bangs very loud! Front apartment door lets in much noise, every time a person uses elevator, or stairs.
2. Need a real knife to cut meat, vegetables, anything really. Current knife is very dull.
3. Just suggestion, would be nice to have 2 small sealed bottle of no gas drinking water in fridge upon arrival, and a fresh full roll of toilet paper.

The apartment is close to all major facilities. Supermarket and shops are very close and it is right in the centre of the city. The apartment is on the sixth floor with no elevator. It is a long way up (96 STEPS on the stairs. I counted them!)

Great apartment. But Internet was not working during complete stay (4 days). Router was changed, but problem seems to be to house cabelling. Ridiculous answer of provider (due to snow, but the first day there was nowhere snow). As already a lot of clients complain about this, maybe they have always problems with internet. Owner official answer
К сожалению проблема с интернетом возникла перед выходными (было повреждение кабеля за пределами квартиры) и в связи с этим не было возможности сразу устранить поломку, так как провайдер выполняет заявку в течении 3-х рабочих дней. На сегодняшний день провайдером произведена полная замена интернет кабеля и интернет работает без проблем.

the location was very good and pickup service good. i did not like the 5 flights of stairs and the bath towels were old and hard and had to buy my own towels.

Bed was not made upon arrival
Not enough kitchen equipment/dishes. Difficult to cook a good meal in the apartment due to lack of dishware.

about the staff:
wish that the staff knew English a little better Internet did not work at the begining. I had a nice taxi driver from Odessa, he was helping me.

there was no internet, the water was only few hours in a day,,,, so you can not use the bathroom when you want!
Too high the elevator is very scary

Staff was excellent. The internet did not work when I arrived and worked with me through the night to get it to work. And they met me at 2 AM to take the keys. They were courtieous and friendly. Location was directly off the main street so I could do some walking around. There was parking which was convienient and there was always a space for me.
