 It was nearby the Black Sea, there was a fireplace and most items were available to cook.
I suffered much although because I have an Apple Computer and the USB Stick did not work on my Macbook (Apple).
This would be the only reason to not go back because it's very important for me to follow up thousands of patients as a Doctor working in many poor countries; to review the financial reports, written reports, etc...
So, please do something that foreigners who will have more and more an Apple computer can get a USB stick that offers Internet on a Macbook (Apple). Luckily, I could borrow a PC Laptop now from an Ukrainian friend for these days... Rik Owner official answer

Especially for people who have Apple MacBook. High-speed Wi-Fi installed in the apartment 2012-04-10 and allows connect any type of notebooks and other wireless devices.

Sightseeing and meeting private persons That apartment is insuitable for "normal foreign tourists".
You can not need the restroom, because there is too little and too narrow!
The staircase is too steep and also too narrow.

1. The narrow and steep stairs into the apartment ..with limited height to the ceiling!

The city center is only minutes away. The alley's were long, dark and dangerous. On the pictures they show a beautiful exterior of a building (5 minutes away). They show no pictures of the apartments many 6 inch steps (16 cm) or the building exterior or it's entranceway. The stairs are so steep that you feel as if you are climbing up a hole on all fours because there is no headroom to stand straight up. Once you get to the top of the first set, there is a hole cut into the wall. This room is 2.5 feet by 2 feet and maybe 5.5 feet tall. Inside this hole in the wall is a toilet. You must sit on the toilet sideways because there is no room for you legs, wherein you are half in and half out of the so called bathroom. Of course there was no toilet paper or napkins in the apartment on my arrival. They did however have tea packets. The shower is in the living room hall and there is no bathroom sink, so if you intend to shave, wash your hands, or clean your face, forget about it! The sheets might have been clean but the mattress stinks. I ordered the apartment online with a one day down payment; once I got there they demanded another down payment and of course the cleaning lady tried to short me on the deposit. Additionally, they asked me to leave one day prior to my scheduled departure. Once I arrived I read a post that said checkout was 10:00 am. So, I had my interpreter call them and ask them why it was so early. They said it was their decision to post these hours and if I wanted to stay until 12:00 I needed to pay an extra day. I however, would never bring a guest to the apartment due to shame and embarrassment. I lived in Ukraine and know it well. This apartment (if you call it that) should be valued at $15-$20/night, not more.
