AVAILABILITY
The apartment is located in the residential complex "Chudo Gorod". Here you will find a stylish, modern interior. There are six sleeping places: one double bed in the bedroom, sofa in the second bedroom and a large corner sofa in the living room-studio. The shower cabin is in the big bathroom. One of the bedrooms has the second light. There is also a good working place and spacious closets. The apartment is equipped with all appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, water boiler, and washing machine, dryer, plasma TV, iron, ironing board, unlimited internet access Wi-Fi. There are also all necessary utensils, bedding, towels, slippers and personal hygiene items. The beach is 10 minutes by foot from the building. The complex has two playgrounds, a restaurant, all-day store, fitness club. Also there is a big shopping mall very close: a supermarket, a cinema, shops, restaurants and the play land for kids. You may leave your either on the private parking or on the free one. The territory is equipped with surveillance cameras and in the front there is a concierge.
