“ И сама квартира, и владельцы –все на высшем уровне! Хозяева квартиры - очень доброжелательные, обходительные и внимательные люди. Помогли нам с мужем организовать яркий досуг и свободное время, рассказали, куда нам пойти в Одессе и почему надо побывать именно там- мы узнали об Одессе то, чего нет ни в книгах, ни в Интернете. Мы в восторге от нашей поездки благодаря местам, которые мы посетили по рекомендации этих замечательных людей! Очень уютная и комфортная сама квартира. Приятные цвета, преобладающие в интерьере, очень способствуют хорошему настроению и отдыху. Есть все, что может понадобиться в быту и хозяйстве. Продуманы такие мелочи как фильтр для воды и цитрус-пресс, утром очень порадовала кофеварка, Интернет летает. В квартире очень чисто, продумано все до мелочей, и ложка для обуви и нескользящие прикроватные коврики. Свежие полотенца и халаты. Вся необходимая бытовая техника и даже сейф! Большой телевизор и море спутниковых каналов. Нам очень жаль, что эта квартира была свободна только на одни сутки, мы очень хотели бы жить в ней остальные 14 дней нашего отдыха в Одессе. Хозяева были так любезны, что сами вызвали нам такси. Выбрали квартиру, основываясь на количестве и качестве отзывов, и не ошиблись. Недоумевали по поводу одного резкого отзыва из множества положительных, вероятно у гостя проблемы личностного характера. Были рады убедиться, что все положительные отзывы соответствуют действительности. Очень рекомендуем всем эту прекрасную квартиру. Огромное спасибо и до встречи летом 2013 года!”

It is small one room apartment which is located close to the railway station and Pryvoz market. It is located in the typical Odessa yard, in the old building. There is a comfortable transportation, and it is a comfortable solution for students (lots of Univesities are nearby). It will take you only 15 minutes walking to get to the city centre. There are three sleeping places and apartment is equipped with everything necessesary for a comfortable stay. It is minimalicstic but very comfortable.
