Description

This two-story house with two balconies is designed to accommodate 2 guests. It can accommodate up to 4 people without additional beds. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, fishing, or a trip with a small group.

Private well with drinking water.
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace in front of the house.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, a kettle, a multicooker, a microwave, dishes, a hair dryer, towels, slippers, free Wi-Fi, and two balconies.

Sauna: 1,000 UAH for the first 2 hours (minimum booking is 2 hours); each additional hour is 400 UAH. Use is limited to guests renting the entire house.

Additional options:

Grill with grill rack and skewers - 200 UAH.
Gazebo with grill - 1,000 UAH.

Check-in after 14:00.
Check-out by 11:00.

A 500 UAH security deposit is required before booking. This deposit is applied toward the rental upon check-in and is refunded after check-out and inspection of the house. If the reservation is canceled 3 days before check-in, the deposit is fully refunded. In case of property damage, the deposit may be withheld.

Important:

During power outages, water supply may be interrupted. There is a water reserve of approximately 50 liters.
