location, transport to any area.
Created for a comfortable stay of two people, maybe a family with a child.

The parameters of the apartment:
- Floor: 6th floor/9 storeys building.
Furniture: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, the kitchen sofa.
Equipment: smart tv 32" satellite TV with over 300 channels, washing machine, boiler, dryer, iron.
- Kitchen: kitchen utensils, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven.
- WC: separate, shower-box.
- Internet: Wi-Fi, unlimited, 3 MB/s.
- Provide a clean bed and towels of good quality, sneaker, tea, sugar, salt, shampoo, soap.
- Cleaned before each arrival.
- Location: near station (10 minutes), close to the center (10 minutes), supermarket Silpo (12 minutes) - all on foot, the nearest shop under the house. Transport to any area of Bila Tserkva.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
- Payment: we accept payment by cash, bank transfer and Internet exchange. We provide discounts for longer stays. Without a fee.

У нас на квартирах в правилах прописано что курить "разрешено только на балконе", но к сожалению не все гости оказываються чесными и ответственными жильцами .
