Daily rent of apartments is very popular among Ukrainians. This is evidenced by the statistics of orders for the service of the daily booking of housing Dobovo.com. So, our people reserve their accommodation in connection with a rest, business trip or a weekend visit to an unfamiliar city.
Using analytical data from Dobovo.com, we determined: where most often, how long and on what terms did the apartment rent a day for Ukrainians.

All roads lead to the capital
Absolutely expected in the ranking of TOP-5 cities, where most often rent accommodation for a day, was Kyiv. For the last 2 months only on the service Dobovo.com here have booked an apartment 5624 people. Of these, 1-room apartments were rented by 2,749 people, 2-room apartments – 1891, 3-room apartments – 668, 4-room apartments – 101 and 5-room apartments – 22 users.
The second place in the ranking of cities with the highest daily rent was Lviv. Here for the last 2 months, 1618 users rented accommodation. In many respects this was influenced by the tourist image of “the city of Leva” and recent holidays.
So, in Lviv, 1-room apartments were rented by 1003 people, 2-room apartments – 469, 3-room apartments – 110, 4-room apartments – 17, 5-room apartments – 1.
Third place is not less popular tourist city – Odesa. Here for the last 2 months, a daily rental service for 966 users has been used. Of these, 478 people rented a 1-room apartment, 348 – 2-rooms, 91 – 3-rooms and 17 – 4-rooms and only 1 guest of the city – a 5-room apartment. The house for a day in Odesa was chosen to rent 4 users.
On the fourth place was Kharkov. In this city, 370 people stayed in an apartment for a day.
And closes our rating of TOP-5 cities of the Dnipro. For the last 2 months, 177 apartments have been booked here.
For a day almost no one rents
Despite the possibility to rent housing exactly for a day, Ukrainians prefer to rent housing in another city for a longer period. So, according to the analytical department of Dobovo.com, the average rental rate in TOP-5 cities of Ukraine is as follows:
In Kyiv, Kharkov, Lviv and Dnipro, the average duration of daily rent of an apartment is 3 days. In Odesa, Ukrainians rent an apartment on average for 4 days.
However, the classic variant of rent for 1 day is more popular on weekdays. Thus, we can conclude that Ukrainians stop for more than a day due to a small vacation or a working trip.
