In reality, the prices for renting apartments during the “Champions League” will grow more than 4 times. Immediately after the end of the final prices will return to the usual rhythm, and even become a bit lower.

– Especially demand for rental housing rose after the release of the finalists of the Champions League “Real” and “Liverpool”. Given this fact, the owners put an unrealistic cost of housing in Kyiv. But do not forget that the prices for some housing are so overestimated that it will be the part of the landlords, who will fear to lose at least some bookings, and will not risk keeping the price until the last and lower the price, – commented on the situation Dmytro Malakhov.
