KYIV

“Neo-year on Sofia”

Everyone will feel a festive and joyful atmosphere at “Neo-year on Sofia” festival, and will receive an incredible charge of energy for good deeds in the new year! Traditionally, activities for children and adults will be presented. Visitors of the festival will be able to visit the Festival of Illuminations, the Museum of Ice Sculptures, the Ferris Wheel, the Kyiv Сarousel and the Snow Hill.

Christmas tree at St. Sophia Square, will be decorated with flashlights of different shapes. Behind the Christmas tree there will be a special installation — an imitation of the “starry sky” with a 33-kilometer garland.

Winter at Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of Ukrainian (EANE)

Also, the New Year mood will be created on the “Winter Country on the Expocenter of Ukraine” with shining garlands, festive New Year and Christmas music, animators and, of course, the fluffy Christmas tree from the Carpathians. Over 20 entertaining festive locations will be for children and adults there. For example, you will see the show from a professional glassblower at the warm fair “Gift Corporation”.

There will be such zones as: Santa Claus Residence, Skating rink, Slopes, warm food court “Bavarian yard”, cafe-theater “Kyiv marionetten theater”, spherical cinema TELEPORT360, Museum of Illuminations, Art space LETO, Ice sculpture castle, show room of fashionable Ukrainian designers. So everyone can find something for themselves!

LVIV

Lviv Christmas Market

According to Dobovo, Lviv is one of the most visited cities during the Christmas holidays. The festive atmosphere of the city is so attractive for tourists! it is difficult to imagine a festive winter of Lviv without a Christmas market.  This time the fair pleases with a variety of entertainment program, warm clothing, a wide range of products — souvenirs and handicrafts, as well as all kinds of competitions, master classes in folk crafts!

ODESSA

Residence of St. Nicholas

The holiday is dedicated to the meeting children with St. Nicholas, as well as familiarity with the Ukrainian traditions of the New Year, Christmas, Malanka and others. The children will be able to talk with Santa Claus and St. Nicholas at the event, send them letters with wishes and congratulations. ALso there will be a children’s playground at the exhibition, where kids can play and participate in workshops in needlework. Moreover, all guests can visit a concert,  there will be a lot of food courts and prize drawings.
