Dear guests!
We are glad to see you and will be grateful if the following simple rules are followed:

Use the apartment only for living.
Respect the neighbors in the apartment building (after 22:00 - silence).
Keep clean and tidy in the apartment.
Take care of housing and all property.
Observe safety rules (electrical appliances, gas, water).

Forbidden:
- smoke in the apartment;
- be in an alcoholic and narcotic state;
- spend holidays, birthdays, any noisy events;
- walk in shoes, leave the apartment dirty;
- is with animals without coordination with us;
- use pyrotechnics, violate fire safety rules;
- stay overnight for guests for whom there is no bed.
If you do not comply with the above - eviction without a deposit.
Damage to property is compensated according to the inventory.

The guest must have the original passport and a security deposit equal to the daily price upon check-in. A registration card is filled out upon settlement.
Check-out - until 12:00 no matter the time of settlement. Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - surcharge up to 50% of the daily price. Check-out after 18:00 - up to 100%.
If the guest settles, but decides to leave earlier, payment is not refundable.
We understand that each case is individual, therefore each settlement/eviction is negotiated with the administration.
If our help is needed or if you have questions related to living in an apartment, we ask you to decide from 8:00 to 22:00.
If the guest has settled, but decided to change the number of days of residence in a smaller direction, payment is not refundable.
The owner accommodate guests over 21 years old.

Местоположение, в квартире тепло

Запах. Очень неприятный запах с кухни, который не выветривается, течет душ, из-за чего обжег ногу, в целом квартиру нельзя назвать чистой, цена не соответствует условиям

Белоснежная чистая постель и полноценная комфортная кровать. Я выделила это отдельно, потому что это даже поразило - редко встречаю настолько чистое белье в этом ценовом сегменте квартир. Квартира сама по себе чистая, с минимумом всего необходимого для проживания. Кроме того, владелец квартиры пошел на встречу не взяв с меня залог (я об этом не дочитала в условиях, а такие залоги практикуют далеко не все). Так что, однозначно рекомендую.

Убиты подъезд, но это не вина владельцев квартиры
