The apartment is after renovation of 2014. There are linoleum and carpet on the floor.

Dear guests!
We are glad to see you and will be grateful if the following simple rules are followed:

Use the apartment only for living.
Respect the neighbors in the apartment building (after 22:00 - silence).
Keep clean and tidy in the apartment.
Take care of housing and all property.
Observe safety rules (electrical appliances, gas, water).

Forbidden:
- smoke in the apartment;
- be in an alcoholic and narcotic state;
- spend holidays, birthdays, any noisy events;
- walk in shoes, leave the apartment dirty;
- is with animals without coordination with us;
- use pyrotechnics, violate fire safety rules;
- stay overnight for guests for whom there is no bed.
If you do not comply with the above - eviction without a deposit.
Damage to property is compensated according to the inventory.

The guest must have the original passport and a security deposit equal to the daily price upon check-in. A registration card is filled out upon settlement.
Check-out - until 12:00 no matter the time of settlement. Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - surcharge up to 50% of the daily price. Check-out after 18:00 - up to 100%.
If the guest settles, but decides to leave earlier, payment is not refundable.
We understand that each case is individual, therefore each settlement/eviction is negotiated with the administration.
If our help is needed or if you have questions related to living in an apartment, we ask you to decide from 8:00 to 22:00.
If the guest has settled, but decided to change the number of days of residence in a smaller direction, payment is not refundable.
The owner accommodate guests over 21 years old.

Тихая обстановка, вид из окна, в квартире было тепло и все удобства для проживания.

Долгий лифт в доме, иногда приходится ждать 10 минут. Один раз поднялись на 25, лифт не открылся, спустились вниз на 5 подобрали пассажира и поднялись снова на 25.

I liked the apartment location and furniture which is red designed.Apartment administrator helpful person when we encounter any problems.

This apartment is on the 13th floor so sometime we wait a along time to get to the 13th floor by elevator.
