The apartment is kept in perfect cleanliness and recently new, expensive furniture was purchased.
The house is located right behind the central bridge. Prior to Most City and the waterfront is not more than 10 minutes - 1 stop by public transport. There is an excellent infrastructure near the house - there are a non-stop supermarket, a market, a guarded parking lot, an excellent traffic interchange for both the driver and the car, and for urban transport.
