Additional house rules

If the apartment is booked for 2 people, guests will be accommodated in a double bed. Each sofa bed is considered an extra bed and is paid separately when checking into an apartment in the amount of 400 UAH per day.
Non-smoking apartments! A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after the condition of the apartment has been checked. Early check-in and late check-out are negotiated separately. Please note that the full amount of the stay is due upon check-in.

When issuing accounting documents, you must pay 5% tax + tourist tax for each day for 1 person (21 UAH for Ukrainian citizens or 35 UAH for foreign citizens).
