Please note that full payment is due at check-in.

If the apartment is booked for 2 people, guests are accommodated in a double bed. A folding sofa is considered an extra bed and is paid separately when checking into apartments in the amount of 200 UAH per day.

When issuing accounting documents, it is necessary to pay 5% tax + tourist fee for every day for 1 person (21 UAH for Ukrainian citizens or 35 UAH for foreign citizens).

Остановливались с коллегой - квартира большая просторная светлая можно даже сказать пафосная, но за дополнительный комплект постельного пришлось доплачивать. Телевизоры смарт но что то посмотреть - выбора нет. Интернет был ужасный.

Дорогой Роман! Спасибо, что вы выбрали нашу квартиру и за ваш отзыв! Квартира действительно просторная 106 метров и с шикарным новым ремонтом, для тех гостей , которые ценят простор и уют. В базовую стоимость входит размещение 2х человек на 1 кровати. Дополнительное спальное место- диван - оплачивается отдельно, это написано в правилах дома. Когда вы бронируете, то вы соглашаетесь с этими правилами. Мы имеем недорогие варианты меньшей площади в этом же доме, поэтому приглашаем вас в следующий раз остановить свой выбор на этих квартирах. ТВ - смарт, выбор большой, не можем с вами согласиться, что нечего смотреть. Роутер находится прямо в квартире, поэтому Интернет отличный. Он поддерживает и смарт ТВ с хорошей скоростью. Не стесняйтесь обратиться в следующий раз, если вы испытываете какие-то неудобства, мы рады вам помочь. С уважением, Валерий и Светлана.
