If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.

Мы в полном восторге от этой квартиры. Самое главное преимущество — это, конечно, панорамные окна с потрясающим видом на Днепр. Можно бесконечно пить кофе, глядя на воду. Интерьер очень стильный, много ярких акцентов, которые создают солнечное настроение даже в пасмурную погоду. Кровать удобная, постель свежая, а ванная комната просто как в пятизвездочном отеле — стильный мрамор и идеальная чистота. Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно вернемся еще!
