The apartment offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Dnipro. The height is 23 floors.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Dnipro, in the elite residential complex Bridge City Center at 2 Glinka Street, on the middle floor of a residential tower.
The building is business class. The tower is equipped with three high-speed elevators. On the ground floor there is a reception.

All the main restaurants, night clubs, boutiques and shops of the city are within a few dozen steps.

Parking facilities:
1) Multilevel indoor and outdoor parking directly inside the Bridge City Center building;
2) Two paid parking lots near the mall at a distance of 50 meters.

Security deposit

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 500 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

We are glad to see you and will be grateful if the following simple rules are followed.

Use the apartment for living only.
Respect your neighbors in an apartment building (after 22:00 - silence).
Keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Take good care of your home and all property.
Observe safety rules (electrical appliances, gas, water).

It is prohibited:
- smoking in the apartment;
- be in an alcoholic and narcotic state;
- to spend holidays, birthdays, any noisy events;
- walking in shoes, leaving the apartment dirty;
- is with animals without agreement with us;
- use pyrotechnics, violate fire safety rules;
- to stay overnight for guests for whom there is no bed.
Failure to comply with the above - eviction without refund of the deposit.
Damage to property is compensated according to the inventory list.

The guest must have an original passport and a security deposit equal to the daily cost upon check-in. A registration card is filled in upon arrival.
Check-out is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - surcharge up to 50% of the daily price. Check-out after 18:00 - up to 100%.
If the guest checks in, but decides to check out earlier, the payment will not be refunded.
We understand that each case is individual, therefore, each settlement/eviction is negotiated with the administration.
If you need our help or have questions related to living in an apartment, please decide from 8:00 to 22:00.
If the guest has checked in, but decided to change the number of days of stay down, the payment is not refundable.
The owner accommodates guests over 21 years old.
