This luxury air-conditioned apartment at the Cortijo del Mar Resort features elegant, contemporary decor.
Situated on the first floor the apartment has its own big terrace with dining area. Fully equipped kitchen opens into spacious living room divided into dining and sitting areas.
The kitchen has an oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee-maker. Master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bath. The second guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds.
Well known luxury complex is located in Estepona, less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus. Guests are able to use all amenities of the resort including kids club where you can leave your kid for a day under professional supervision.
Apartment block offers modern apartments set around a pool, all classy and in well-maintained area.
With easy access to the AP7 Motorway, the Cortijo del Mar is 20 minutes drive from central Marbella. You can drive to Malaga Airport in 50 minutes, and a transfer service is available on request for an extra charge.

Check-out - before 10.30.
Security deposit - 300 EUR.
Cleaning fee - 60 EUR.
1. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Time from 23.00 to 7.00 is quite hours.
2. People other than those in the Guest may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Parking: vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. 10. Water and septic: do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 200 EUR.
