Cozy studio apartment with views of the city center and the Intercession Cathedral. Located in a new building (year of commissioning - 2011), on the fifteenth floor, a five-minute walk from the Levada metro station (Gagarin Avenue). Nearby are the embankment, circus, Strelka Square, bus station and the historic center of Kharkiv.
The apartments are freshly renovated and have new modern appliances. There are four beds available for guests - a double bed and a sofa bed.
