Мебель отличная, плитка на полу в кухне не скользкая и теплая.

С внутреней стороны квартиры на входной двери нужна защелка(для безопасности клиента), необходима парковка во дворе, в душевой нужно поменять смеситель, так как тем что есть не возможро отрегулировать температуру воды. Телевизор доисторический без разьема для флешносителя. На кухне нужны жалюзи на окнах.
