A beautiful apartment with a new designer renovation in the very center of Kharkiv. High-quality materials and comfortable furniture create a magical cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom has a jacuzzi. The door is equipped with a smart lock with a high degree of protection.

A nice house with a closed, secure yard where you can leave your car. The gate opens with a remote control, and there is a gate with code access for pedestrians.

Additional house rules

A refundable security deposit equal to one day's accommodation cost is charged upon check-in in case of damage to property or smoking in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Damage to property includes, among other things, stains on surfaces (especially on upholstered furniture), as well as stubborn stains on bed linen and towels.

The gate remote control is provided subject to a separate security deposit in case of loss or damage to the device.

In case of a reduction in the length of stay, it is necessary to notify at least one day before the expected date of departure for recalculation of the cost. The amount of the refund is determined by the circumstances and remains at the discretion of the owner.
