Из недостатков отмечу: подъем до квартиры на 3й этаж по старой деревянной лестнице, девушкам это не особо понравится, но в квартире о ней можно на время забыть

The apartment itself. A little small but different in a good way, the space is used well and there is a lot of nice things about the apartment. The shower was excellent, the apartment was well heated, and everything worked as expected.

There were no serious issues, the only thing that would have made it perfect was the shower is a little small.
