Спасибо за отзыв. В квартире газовая колонка, а не бойлер. Соответственно, вода горячая есть всегда. Но нужно кран поворачивать на "горячую" сторону, а затем открыать его. Т.е. когда не грел, значит, открывался, как холодная вода, а затем поворачивался в "горячую" сторону. Этот нюанс мог быть Вам не знаком. Не у всех гостей есть опыт проживания в квартирах с газовой колонкой. Следовало позвонить мне, я бы подсказала, в чем тут дело.
