Description

Cozy, warm and clean isolated studio apartment with all conveniences is waiting for you. Pivdennyi (South) railway station and Lokomotyv palace of sports are located in walking distance.
The apartment has:
- bathroom (hot water round the clock);
- a kitchenette with a necessary set of home appliances and utensils;
- a wardrobe, a double bed, an armchair-bed (80 cm wide);
- TV, wireless Internet 100 Mbit/s;
- air conditioner;
- clean bed linen and towels (100% cotton);
- hair dryer, iron;
- dosed shampoo;
- tea and sugar (free).
We provide slippers on request (at an additional cost).
Additional set of bed linen to accommodate a third guest on a folding armchair or for separate accommodation of two guests is possible upon prior request for an additional charge.
The entrance is under video surveillance. The entrance door on the floor is locked with a key. There is a children's playground and public parking nearby.
