Warm, bright, clean small studio apartment in minimalist style has a private bathroom and kitchenette. The modern renovation had made in 2014. The apartment has everything you need to stay (electric kettle, microwave, air conditioning, wireless Internet Wi-Fi, iron, hair dryer, LCD-TV). It is an ideal accommodation for 1-2 persons. There are good availability and infrastructure. There are a grocery store Spring and Silpo supermarket, Frantsuzkyi Bulvar shopping centre, cinema, Institute of neurology, Barabashovo market nearby. Excellent transport interchange: 10-15 minutes to the metro station and 2 minutes to the tram and bus stop. There is a parking lot near the house. We are waiting for you.
