The newest one-bedroom apartment, which is located on the 6th floor in Metalist residential complex. New building, just renovated. We made sure that you feel comfortable: separate rooms, a toilet separate from the bathroom, a comfortable large bed with an orthopedic mattress of medium hardness, large and small sofas, branded blankets and pillows, high quality towels and bed linen, a three-stage water purification filter. All necessary household appliances, including iron, hair dryer, two air conditioners. Powerful Wi-Fi. Glazed balcony. Of the pleasant things - disposable slippers, dental kits and shampoos, coffee and sugar in stacks, and the like. The apartment is very warm and cozy. It is located at the intersection of the red and green branches of the metro, so it is very easy to get to any part of the city. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, a large stadium that hosted the European football championship. Near the house there is a lot of parking space, there is also paid parking. Two lifts.
