Удобное рассположение квартиры, чистота, хорошее состояние мебели. Есть всё необходимое для проживания, не возникает никакого дискомфорта) Также спасибо персоналу за готовность идти на встречу.

Немного плохо со звукоизоляцией, но это скорее особенности дома чем квартиры как таковой.
