The apartment is located in the center of the city and at the same time in a quiet place on the 3rd floor of an old house, 2 minutes walk from the Podillya Hotel and the Silpo supermarket. There is a parking place in the yard and a paid parking 150 meters away. In 2020 was made a major renovation and redevelopment. The apartment meets all modern parameters. Comfortable, clean, non-smoking (for smokers on the balcony is equipped with a special place). In the presence of all amenities and is equipped with everything to perfectly rest or work! There is Wi-Fi, hot water (round the clock), large bathtub, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, iron, hair dryer, etc. In the bedroom a large comfortable bed 160*200 cm with orthopedic mattress.
