Check-in after 13:30. Departure from the apartment before 12:00 (regardless of how long you have checked in).

The apartment is not rented out for birthday celebrations, mass events or just hanging out with friends! We evict you at any time without refund.

Check-in is carried out directly at the booked apartment.
A full payment of the order is made upon check-in, a lease agreement is concluded. Having a passport is mandatory!
For people aged 25 and over.

Early check-in - before 13:30 is paid separately in the amount of 1 day's stay in the apartment. Late check-in to the apartment (after 22:30) is paid additionally - 300 UAH. Late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) is paid separately in the amount of half of the daily stay in the apartment. Late check-out after 18:00 - in the amount of 1 day's stay in the apartment.
