Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The 3,000 hryvnia deposit is refundable upon check-out. The rental fee is payable upon check-in.

Smoking inside the house is PROHIBITED. FINE — 3,000 HRYVNIAS!

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the owner and for an additional fee of 2,000 hryvnias.

Bed linens and hand towels in the bathrooms are included in the rental price. Bath towels are charged separately—100 UAH each.

Noise within reasonable limits is permitted until 10:00 PM, but only inside the house with windows and doors closed.
