A spacious family room on the second floor of a private home. The room features two sofas, a sofa bed, an armchair, a 32-inch TV, and a desk. There are also two small niches for luggage and a chest of drawers.

The living room has a 50-inch TV with a smart box.

The house is equipped with a dual-circuit gas boiler and a wood-burning boiler. There is a barbecue in the yard.

A clean and quiet neighborhood in Kyiv - the Koncha-Zaspa district. The cottage community is located in a nature reserve (protected natural area). The property is under security.

A forest is a 3-minute walk away, and Lake Vedro is 15 minutes away.

There are no industrial zones, service stations, or landfills nearby.

While walking through the forest, you may encounter roe deer, moose, hares, foxes, wild boars, and wood pigeons. At the entrance, you can see ducks, swans, great white egrets, and beavers.
