The apartment is rented only for accommodation and are designed for a maximum of 2 people (double bed)!

The apartment is located in a new modern gated Comfort Town complex.

The nearest metro stations: Livoberezhna, Darnytsia, Chernihivska, Pozniaky, Dnipro. Near Darnytsia railway station.

Right in our building, on the first floor, you can find grocery stores (Kolo, Fruits, Freshmarket, Auchan, Milk from the farmer), butcher and fish shop, restaurants and cafes (Italist, KentBar, BroBar, Town Cafe), Beerlender shop of draft beer, dry cleaning, beauty salons, barbershop. Novus supermarket, Sport Life sports complex with swimming pools and saunas, beauty salons, pharmacies, cafes, pizzeria and everything necessary for a comfortable stay are also located on the territory of the complex.

Check-in is possible at any time of the day, by prior arrangement.

During the curfew (from 23:00 to 5:00) check-in and check-out are not possible. During the curfew, all entrances and entrances to the territory of the complex are closed. During this time, it is strictly forbidden to move around the territory of the complex and outside the complex.

We also pay attention to the observance of traffic rules when parking on the territory of the complex (it is strictly forbidden to park on sidewalks, green areas, pedestrian crossings) and generally accepted rules of residence (in particular, the regime of silence after 21:00 and before 08:00).
