Excellent suggestion for visitors and residents of the capital, staying in the center of Kyiv in a cozy apartment. It is located in 5 minutes walk from Pecherska metro station. The apartment is located in a new residential complex in a quiet place, windows face the courtyard. The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a 25-storey building, the house has 3 elevators. The apartment can accommodate people with disabilities as the house is equipped for this purpose. There are several shops, cafes, round the clock supermarket near the house. There is an underground parking lot in the courtyard. The apartment is very spacious, it has two separate rooms. Each room has air conditioning. The apartment has two bathrooms. Sleeping places: double bed, sofa bed, one more sleeping place can be added by additional agreement. There are a refrigerator, a TV (cable TV), a washing machine, a Wi-Fi, a microwave, a hair dryer, an iron, dishes, bedding, towels available. We can meet you at the airport and train station.

Additional house rules

Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged.

Check-in time is from 13:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Registration and transfer of keys takes place in the apartment. You need to bring your passport with you.
If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in the amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.
