Studio apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Teremky metro station.
There is a grocery minimarket near the house, across the road of Mahelan shopping center (clothing stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, Auchan). Convenient transportation to the city center. It can be reached in 20 minutes.
18th floor, there is an elevator, balcony. There is a working corner for working at a computer - a table and a comfortable chair.
Household appliances: air conditioning, TV (cable TV), washing machine, refrigerator, induction stove, range hood, electric kettle, hair dryer, boiler (there is no problem with hot water), there are all the necessary utensils.
Number of sleeping places: 4 (2+2). Double bed with orthopedic mattress and sofa bed.
The price includes: 1 set of double bedding, 2 terry towels (1 large, 1 small). Extra bedding is available for a fee.
There is access to Wi-Fi (free).

Additional house rules

Check-in after 13:30. Departure from the apartment before 12:00 (no matter what time you check in).
Please warn about the time of eviction on the eve of the day of departure (no later than 20:00).

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. We charge a fine!
The apartment does not rent for birthday parties, public events or just to sit with friends. We evict at any time without a refund.
Please do not walk around the apartment in shoes.
Check-in is carried out directly on the booked apartment.
When you check in, full payment is made for the order, a lease is concluded, a passport is required!
For people over 25 years old.

Early check-in - before 13:30 hours paid separately in the amount of 1 overnight stay in the apartment. Late check-in (after 22:30) is paid additionally - 300 UAH. Late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) is paid separately in the amount of half the daily stay in the apartment. Late check-out after 18:00 - at the rate of 1 overnight stay in the apartment.
