Фотографії дійсно відповідають дійсності. Усе необхідне для прожиття є в квартирі: посуд, сушка, утюг, гладільна дошка, пральна машина, мікрохвильова, телевізор... тепла квартира (обігрів підлоги в деяких місцях, кондиціонер)

На одному з трьох вікон жалюзі зломані були (відсутні), надавало дискомфорт при спанні. Те, що не було одноразових тапочків, в деяких частинах холодна підлога.
