The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building, just a 5-minute walk from the Nyvky metro station. The building has an intercom system and a concierge, and there is free parking on the premises.
The apartment has been completely renovated. The furniture and appliances are new and modern. The bedroom features a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, air conditioning, and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a touch-control cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, dishes, tea, and bottled water. The apartment also features air conditioning, an iron, an ironing board, and a dryer.
