Additional house rules

If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.

Матрац шикарний), гарний балкон. Добре співвідношення ціна-якість, ставлення персоналу

Не вистачило кондиціонера і мікрохвильовки (трішки). Вже зараз (травень 26 рік) опівдні було доволі жарко, тому думаю що влітку може бути ще гірше, це трішки компенсує наявність гарної ванної кімнати і можливість прийняти душ)
