New luxury hotel-type apartment in the new (built in 2018) Beresteiskyi residential complex. The apartment is only after renovation, author's design renovation.

It is located on the 5th floor, the total area is 50 m2, 2 spacious rooms - a bedroom and a living room combined with a kitchen, a large hallway, a spacious bathroom with a full 180 cm bathtub, an open balcony (the windows face the opposite side of the avenue - quiet, a view of the forest and the panorama Kyiv).
The complex has round-the-clock security and video surveillance.
